    I got the idea in the gym yesterday and was like why not. After trying for the first time yesterday I googled front squat into a overhead press since I have never seen it done before and this came up. I feel like this is the burpee of weight lifting.

      its only for employees so unless you know someone who works there you're out of luck. But honestly stick with Golds or Axiom...Much better gyms ;-)

      +Ka Hean Lim Watch Kelly Starrett Mobility WOD vids here on Utube. Don't forget to stretch always! Wrists, shoulders and elbows! Try to simulate the rack position and pull your wrists just like the bar would pressure it, one wrist at a time. That's one of my favorites. Peace!

    Barbell Thrusters are a combo of front squats with poor form and presses with poor form.

      @John K that's one way to look at it, in my view it's a highly useful exercise that helps the athlete summate momentum. By the way I despise Crossfit (just in case you think I am championing their method)
