Don’t blame you for changing mate been with Ducati Nottingham since I ordered the 950sp got my v4s now and they can’t do enough for you, ride outs and of course track days. Hopefully catch you at Donington next year for another blast definitely taking the multistrada round 😊

Good for you man. I would do the same. Any dealership that's pushy or gives off a "salesy" vibe, I'm out. I don't care what they have or if they're the only dealer who has what I want...I will wait if I have to. At least here in Southern California there's a motorcycle dealership every 10 miles so we have tons of options. Hell, I'll buy a bike out of state before I deal with a crappy dealership close to me. It's your money, you ought to spend it where and with who you like. Cheers!

Well I'm happy to say I am completely dealership free. My 2-year warranty ended in October so I have no reason whatsoever to go there again. Not that I don't like my dealer I just don't need them nor can I afford them.

It does appear hit and miss.. I think Ducati UK are taking steps to improve this - some dealers doing a better job than others 👍🏻

Oxford get through staff very fast. I have dealt with 3 different sales staff. The service experience really is not fantastic either.

I’m in tbe same boat with my 950.. these dealers do look after me and my small channel and help out when they can.. so for that I’m grateful 🤛🏼
did you get the deposit back from the other dealer?
Eventually.. they did drop some reasons for the delays like needing “manager sign-off”..
Blade group are awful. I've had nothing but drouble with them. I'm 10 miles down the road, but I use Moto Rapido in Winchester.
Well lets hope now they got the right people in there, things will change 👍🏻
