Took the track bike to do a little fixed gear city ride to pick up some 650 B gravel tires from Ultradynamico tire co and learn a bit about how they categorize their tires. Then we ride the track bike back through town to set up some new Cushcore inserts on the Gravel Bike. Cushcore installation took some time but we got it figured out…eventually.

So I saw a tip on a RUclips video. Pry open your tire a little bit and use an appropriately sized aerosol can lid and scoop the tire fluid out of your tire and pour back in a container. Worked real slick on the video.

Dude i recently switched to bontrager xr2 for my full suspension and after hearing tyre snapping in place I was happy with the result. Next day it turned out that in one spot the bead didn't seat properly and I ended up with infinite speed bump experience on the ride :D I was stuck with almost 3 atm in it because my valve was all sticky from the sealant (I run sealant inside inner tubes in some of my bikes and it does the job well). On a tarmac descent I decided to lock my rear end and almost flew otb because of that tyre hitting so hard! good thing I had fs, but the rear suspension was working hard that day! I work at a bicycle store as a mechanic and from seeng your face during setting up I see I'm not the only one with anxiety during the process. I swear converting to tubeless will give me ptsd some day....

I suggest you to take a look to Vittoria Air Liner! Lightest than a normal mousse and the wheel will not bump, 'cause you will use air and latex in anyway...

I’m sure you will like the CushCore. I’m using Rimpact on my Mtn-bikes, similar foam inserts but half the price. If I where to use on my gravel I’d get Cush.....core😎

Those robusto casings are the shit. I've got the rose and cava rear in 650. Never had a issue with them. Excited for the cush core input. You think you can go sub 18 psi?
