i don't know what is funnier: the fact that there is a world boomerang championship, the amount of people at the championship, where the world boomerang championship is located, the fact that he threw a BOOMERANG and wasn't ready for it to come back and it hit him in the head, or the fact that he got embarrassed in many ways and is proud of it and put it on youtube.
I don't know which is sadder: the fact that your making fun of these peoples enjoyment of the sport, or that the two eggheads above me agreed with you.
DirtWormGames whats more interesting is the likes between his comment and yours. i dont know why you post a vid of a championship when you get hit by your own boomerang. hence the many dislikes towards this vid. so i agree with the original post
Good thing you caught all the action. That 1 second where the camera should've been pointing at him ducking and then getting hit in the head anyway. Good work there. May as well have just told us the story. There's absolutely nothing worth watching here.
I was watching comedians destroying hecklers...then I got to Kobe Bryant 1 v 1 on kids at his camp...and now I'm at the sweetest freakin' boomerang vids I've ever seen..but I don't know how...
He threw it at a certain and very hard to hit angle, so when it left his hand it passed into a different dimension where that angle isn't as hard to hit to the brings that live there. When it hit the people or things in the other dimension, they got mad and chunked it back at his head.
I got hit in the head right above the eye with a boomerang once. Needed 13 stitches. You my friend got off really lucky. The sad thing is that I wasn't even the guy who threw the thing.
I go from watching football ► basketball ► frisbee ► boomerang ► archery ► darts ► dominoes ► to, well, the 'weird part' of youtube in this cycle everytime..
my favorite part "take care.. take care.. take care..................... shiiiiiiiiittttt!!!" I can just see the facepalm on the spectators faces.. lol
What a beautiful L.D. boomerang. It flies great and what a great throw. I throw L.D. rangs too and you know they disappear when they go out that far. You hope to see them coming back in, but sometimes you dont. I have almost been hit by mine and I use G10 fiberglass ones. Some of them are almost sharp enough to cut a steak with. What design name is yours? I use the Voyagers and Milpas reapers design. Also what is yours made of? It looks like carbon in the pic. Thanks for the video. Gary J
knightingalesaid what i mean by other contrys making money of traditional australian hunting tools there made out of wood dip shits make money of ones like fiberglass it triggers me so much cause there austrlian not any other contry
I always wonder why, on all these types of video, just before something bad happens to someone, the cameraman decides that at that precise moment the ground was just too interesting to resist filming...
thats what happened to my brother, him and his friend found one when they were kids, his friend threw it and walked away not knowing it would come back. My brother didnt know any better too, so he stood there and the boomerang came back and hit him.
I have just started playing around with boomerangs, and so far it is my fondest ambition to get hit in the head by a perfect return! Instead they get stuck in trees, ..... and that was a damn long flight, actually quite impressive.
It is not fake. I was there when it happened. It was the Long Distance event. Long Distance Boomerang are quite dangerous toys, the cameraman did what everyone does when you see a Long Distance Boomerang coming back: try to avoid it. They cannot seriously hurt you, unless you are hit on the eyes or on the nose, but it is not a nice experience. Apart Long Distance, boomerang is a funny game, and not dangerous at all. That would be the same as saying that you have to be an amazing actor in order to judge one or that you have to be an amazing singer in order to tell someone that he or she didn't sing correctly. So no, I don't have a footage of this (which by the way I agree, is amazing) boomerang throw but it doesn't take an expert to know that this was filmed incorrectly.
"Hunting boomerangs" does not exists, they are a legend. Australian aboriginals used for hunting the throwing sticks, or Kylie. A Kylie is similar in shape to a Boomerang but is heavier and does not came back (so it is not dangerous for the thrower). Returning boomerangs were used by aboriginals as toys or for amusement during ceremonials.
as you can clearly see at the end of this video, that gaping wound clearly did require urgent medical assistance and I apologise for my earlier comment. hope he survived.
It's not the outside cut that is the danger but the blow to the head which concussion, brain trauma, or bleeding on the brain (Possibly Fatal) that could happen. If the boomerang hit a non vital area your point would almost have relevance.
i was expecting some unbelievable move where he really catches with his head. if head catching a boomerang means dont catch but let it fly in your face, ive been catching them for years! :p
you filmed him the whole time except the 0.05 seconds that mattered nice
Fakeness confirmed
i don't know what is funnier: the fact that there is a world boomerang championship, the amount of people at the championship, where the world boomerang championship is located, the fact that he threw a BOOMERANG and wasn't ready for it to come back and it hit him in the head, or the fact that he got embarrassed in many ways and is proud of it and put it on youtube.
Hahahahaha ... Good calls, TTD.
I don't know which is sadder: the fact that your making fun of these peoples enjoyment of the sport, or that the two eggheads above me agreed with you.
I was just making an exaggerated joke about the video. I didn't mean to offend anybody.
ThingsToDo I did. lmao
DirtWormGames whats more interesting is the likes between his comment and yours. i dont know why you post a vid of a championship when you get hit by your own boomerang. hence the many dislikes towards this vid. so i agree with the original post
Gotta love the extra slow motion shot of a field of grass, this was just amazing.
the best bit was when he got hit in the head and the camerqa wasnt pointing toward it.
Good thing you caught all the action. That 1 second where the camera should've been pointing at him ducking and then getting hit in the head anyway. Good work there. May as well have just told us the story. There's absolutely nothing worth watching here.
XD hahahahahhaahah
I was thinking that! Why use slow motion?
Theodore M. K. Hahahaha
I literally cried reading that
Well at least it's not vertical
So I misread the title and thought this was the world championship for catching boomerangs with your head.
same
hahahahahahahahaha same here
Slappyballs same here bud
I feel like this happened to Captain America a couple times at first.
Oh definitly
Yes, I agree, his technique couldn't be more perfect. Truly magnificent!
Lesson learned. People with large size head should not throw a boomerang.
There's something about this video that keeps making me come back ...
Not sure what is more funny, that there is actually a World Boomerang Championship, or that perfect head shot with his own Boomerang! BULLS EYE!!!!!!
one can assume that this man has thrown MANY boomerangs in his life. how the fuck did he get hit with his own throw?
+LuvTheSnapper Practice.
If you are running the camera...get the damn action.
Helmets are now required equipment in this competition haha.
Somewhere an aborigine is laughing.
Siggy Cloud aboriginal boomerangs dont return
Jasper Hampe part of the reason they don't hit their own heads, tho.
Mighty Drill that is.. slightly racist. Who said that?
Lmao
lmao he looked like he had no intention of catching it from the go, there must be like 6 entries in this championship.
TAKA IT TAKE IT TAKE IT......shit
*Take care
He took in the temple.
I only favorited this for the slow motion SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT. That's the best XD
meanwhile in the lost corner of youtube, how did i get here
A pastime that is both geeky and potentially deadly is a rare combination.
you had one j0b cameraman you let us all down
I was watching comedians destroying hecklers...then I got to Kobe Bryant 1 v 1 on kids at his camp...and now I'm at the sweetest freakin' boomerang vids I've ever seen..but I don't know how...
If you keep your camera still then that man would be able to see and catch that boomerang.
I keep coming back to this
I guess he forgot that they fly back.
That was farther than Link could throw his boomerang! Lols, very nice job!
camera fail. way to turn away at the crucial moment.
Just like a female cum dodger on the porn channel.
@@kennyc388 uuuuuuh
Love your spirit and sense of humor man, great job. =-)
SSSSSHHHHHIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTT
best camera work i've ever seen
You're supposed to catch it.
Bravo!
Not really, if its wooden and going fast you could really hurt yourself.

VideoPanda67 i can catch one going 20mph with bare hands
This is the best boomerang! Wow this is cool
Well that was shit.
Didn't see the thing after it left his hand and didn't see it come back and hit him either. 🙄
Theres this magical thing that makes your videos awesome, it's called pointing the camera at the subject.
BOOMerang HEADSHOT
Dad?
Bro I just watched the film theory about that dude 😂
Hi Nathan :)
@@ATLTraveler hi
Extraordinary throw and wonderful Boomerang!!!With compliments!
shoot the camera man please
Why will somebody put the video in slowmotion, when the boomerang hit that man, if its the only part of the video that has been not recorded?!?!?!?!
i forgot all i knew about boomerangs...and then suddenly it hit me in the head and all came back to me.
He threw it at a certain and very hard to hit angle, so when it left his hand it passed into a different dimension where that angle isn't as hard to hit to the brings that live there. When it hit the people or things in the other dimension, they got mad and chunked it back at his head.
Very LD and high precision of return fly....With compliments!!!
There was a time people liked to see something unusual without enjoying the moment of pain that often comes with it.
I got hit in the head right above the eye with a boomerang once. Needed 13 stitches. You my friend got off really lucky. The sad thing is that I wasn't even the guy who threw the thing.
this is the best thing I've seen in awhile. you are so hardcore.
this was the best video ive seen today, congrats on 7th place lol
The way he said "Shit" lol.
wow he is a pro... ive never seen someone catch it like that
Amazing camerawork, filming everything except the catch and then swearing. Awesome.
I go from watching football ► basketball ► frisbee ► boomerang ► archery ► darts ► dominoes ► to, well, the 'weird part' of youtube in this cycle everytime..
The best part of this video is the slow motion "shhhhhiiiiiieeeeeettthhhhhhhaaa" I'm going to make it my ringtone.
my favorite part "take care.. take care.. take care..................... shiiiiiiiiittttt!!!"
I can just see the facepalm on the spectators faces.. lol
spot on with the motions and everything hahah nice call :P

You think this numb-skulled nub is actually capable of answering questions? He probably is overwhelmed tying his shoes.
I just found myself thinking "thank God, there was no damage!"
Carbon Voyagers aren't cheap you know... :)
I love how we got a slow motion look at the grass...
Nossa jogar um bumerangue a 113 mts , ele voltar e ainda assim acertar a própria cabeça isso e de uma precisao impressionante !!!
Your throwing stick trick has boomeranged on us
всё возвращается на круги своя !!! всё что вы делаете - вернется к вам. творите добро ))))
I liked the slow-mo of the cameraman flinching.
I always wonder why, on all these types of video, just before something bad happens to someone, the cameraman decides that at that precise moment the ground was just too interesting to resist filming...
Damn that thing went that far and still was that accurate.
He protec
He attac
But most importantly
he come bac
The slow-mo reaction of 'Shiiiiiiiit' is exactly what I want my poo to be like when it comes out, you know just saying.
I couldn't see it either...the invisible boomerang
...and all I could think of is: Good job man, that's using your head! :D
thats what happened to my brother, him and his friend found one when they were kids, his friend threw it and walked away not knowing it would come back. My brother didnt know any better too, so he stood there and the boomerang came back and hit him.
That's a big youtube fail. He forgot to keep the camera on the action.
Best part of this video is 1:14 because it defines it so well. :)
Wow that's amazing, how bad did it hurt? I freaking love boomerangs, unfortunately I do not own one!
RIP. It was terrible when the boomerang chopped his head off...I didn't expected that...
I'm sorry. But I was cracking up! I mean, it's a freakin boomerang! The camera man sounded like he was surprised it was coming back!
LMFAO!! i didnt even read the whole title, i thought he was gonna catch it with his hands
i knew a joke about a boomerang but I forgot it.....
I'm sure it'll come back to me
playing catch with yourself this is lonelinesss at its highest
I have just started playing around with boomerangs, and so far it is my fondest ambition to get hit in the head by a perfect return! Instead they get stuck in trees, ..... and that was a damn long flight, actually quite impressive.
what goes around comes back around :P
I don't think he expecting that boomerang back lol

+Drummer Lover Same with some of my uglier GFs
Lol, the way he say Shit in slow motion
the cameraman was all like "Oh crap he gonna get hit! Quick shield the camera from it!!!
Congratulations on a great throw man!

it's a boomerang, it's suppose to come back. So as far a distance as it can go, while also returning.
The boomerang works perfectly!
as you can clearly see at the end of this video, that gaping wound clearly did require urgent medical assistance and I apologise for my earlier comment.
hope he survived.
Hahahah hey man 7th place is awesome. better luck next time, youre stilla winner to mee
Congratulations on being the 7th greatest boomerang thrower in the world :) too bad it hit you in the head though
It's not the outside cut that is the danger but the blow to the head which concussion, brain trauma, or bleeding on the brain (Possibly Fatal) that could happen. If the boomerang hit a non vital area your point would almost have relevance.
It's like the Terminator 2, he boomerangs comin back for more
Does not matter because
long distance throwing bumerangs
usually don't need to be catched.
SSHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTT!!!! That part creeped me out.
When i'm Nigel. Yup, this guy. Is Nigel in real life. SMASHING!
He did a good job hunting himself. He gets the Darwin award.
hearing ssshhhiiiiit in slow motion made my day
i was expecting some unbelievable move where he really catches with his head. if head catching a boomerang means dont catch but let it fly in your face, ive been catching them for years! :p
You make a very good point my friend.
He had time to sip a beer before it came back.
that ghost definitely put up a good fight in my opinion
