So far you have made an exception instructional video. Still putting it together but.. the paper ins.. impossible to decipher and watched another vid, and no close up shots. Great job!!
I’m glad I was able to help you. This is why I make these videos. I’m a mom I don’t have time to decipher. 😉 Thank you for your comment. Follow me for more. ♥️
We spent 2 hours meticulously following the assembly instructions provided by Hampton Bay. After our exasperation, we went to you tube and found your channel. You saved our sanity with this video. You not only assembled this unit by yourself, with one hand holding a camera, you explained every step clearly. We are amazed at your talent. Thank you for doing this. Subscribed!
Thank you so much for this video Brenda. I just finished assembling a customers heater using your video and it made my work so much easier. I thought it would take me a day but instead it took me 2.5hours. Thank you so much
Thanks for the help! FYI- if you spin your top reflector one screw hole the top will be square to the unit and easier to put a cover on if you use one.
@@builditwithbrenda1295 just put mine together. Can you explain what you did here? I have a cover but haven't used it yet. What do you mean about the top reflector. Thanks in advance
@@doctorpaul34 - If you move the reflector one hole over the reflector will be squared just like the cover of not it it will he diamond shaped and harder to place the cover over it.
I think I was pretty descriptive on what to use since I was following the instructions. And pointed to the screws at each step. But thanks for your feedback.
There was a spot that you didn’t mention which screw to use, but I just continued on with the dd. Maybe you can edit it to take away the anxiety of the next assembler. Overall great job! Thank you very much for all your wonderful help!
Great video! We just got two of these for a little over $200 at home Depot, and it's in a crazy amazing deal! You mentioned the cover you used, but I didn't say a link in the description. Could you provide one?
Thank you 🙏🏻 and Sorry, I did another video reviewing it and showing how to turn on the heater and posted it there. But here you go. www.amazon.com/dp/B00R4J5668/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_TZQ6EVDC0VPZKF0B70X0
Which HD did you go to? Was it a temporary sale? They are $249 each at mine locally but multiple ads show them as $209 until you get to the actual HD site :(
Thanks for the vid. I just purchased this and for some reason i cannot light this thing. I went back to Home Depot and swapped out the burner with a new one and still no gas is coming through the valve. I have two separate tanks, one is brand new from Costco and for the life of me the burner will not start with a pilot light let alone gas pass through the tube up to the burner…any ideas?
You have to push in to let the gas through first. About 20 seconds to let the gas through to the ignition. Also make sure the battery is in the igniter. So go to the ⚡️ and push in for 20 seconds and then push the igniter once you see a small flame turn to high.
The ones at the feet? You don’t really need them unless you live where there is high winds to anchor them down to the concrete. But I’m sure you can contact Hampton Bay. Or where you purchased.

Thanks Brenda. I’m not one for reading directions. You made it easy. I’m sure you’re a KA mom. Thanks much.

Nicely done
Thank you! It really helped me build it without mistakes:)
Cheers
Great job, just make sure you let everyone know which screw or part to use. Thanks

Nice ! Does it come with a cover for the rain ?
The cover you can buy separately on Amazon. It’s in the description section.

@@Nifty-Stuff cool thanks for the reply!
@@EthanMeister2010 - If they are cheaper online the store will match the price. Some states also have them on sale.

How much heat does it put out
Gives out a great amount because it’s not being obstructed by anything other than the cylinder. I love ours.
