I always love the cooking demonstrations , I love to know not only how people cooked but what they fixed and how they spiced their food . I live near a living history museum ( the Geneese Country Village and Museum , in Mumford N.Y. ) i always enjoy their cooking demonstrations . Thanks for a wonderful video !!

It does all look delicious and the freshness is something only serious gardeners today might get close to. So weird they ate so healthy and had shorter life spans. We are told by so many today that if we eat right we will live long healthy lives. Not sure where that get that idea from.
