It looks quite delicious. It brings back memories of before I was fully plant based making spanakopita with phyllo. Question - can you pre-make the strudel and then freeze it?
Amazing. Here is a proof that plant based can still be Amazing. To answer your question, I'm assuming you can make the whole process, without the baking part. And place it straight from the freezer into the oven. I believe it should be fine.
