Welcome to the Salvage Rebuilds UK channel. In this video we carry out some annual maintenance to the Salvage Rebuilds Recovery truck
Working at our fully equipped workshop in Kent we carry out tasks including Panel beating , Body work , Mig Welding , Sheet metal Spot Welding , Fabrication Chassis Repairs , Sand Blasting , Engine and Mechanical repairs , DPF cleaning , Restoration and Structural repairs on the Celette Jig frame machine.

I can't fault comline one bit there disk and pads saved my life on the motorway, couldn't hit that brake pedal any harder car stopped in a dime, tyres play a part to but brakes are fantastic all there stuff is never had issues and great video Rob and Chris iv been busy lately trying to catch up 👍
I fitted Comline coated disks and pads on my previous Mondeo and they were great 👍 No more rusty discs when it rained, good stopping power and quiet braking, all at great prices. I’ll go with them again next time I need brakes.

The truck is an essential part of your business so the maintainence is essential! Pads and discs are a fairly straightforward job - its just cleaning up all the brake dust and dirt that I find tedious!

Nice job guys ! The red on the brake disc the red rust shows you had seizure and it would have heated the brake fluid .when I was a mechanic the red rust is good indicator of a problem when inspecting for mot or service .love you done all the brakes and tyres makes sense the stick you give that truck .look fwd to cambelt video and service soon .

Hi Rob. Seeing your Mavano brings back memories of the Luton body version I bought new in 2004 to do removals to Spain. Ran it until 2016 when I retired and sold it with 645,000 miles on the clock. Never let me down it still had original engine, gearbox and exhaust. It was a very good workhorse. Enjoy your channel.

Good to see the bread and butter getting some love. Some Dynatrol on the front suspension wouldn't go amiss, look as good underneath as it does on top.

Hi Rob and Chris, another great video,the recovery truck is fixed,the caliper was sticking compared to the new one.the KA Titanium is looking smart now it's finished it will sell quickly.
Had exactly same job on the rear caliper last week on a Vauxhall Movano (same system as you know ) handbrake sticking on the lever , wouldnt move or free off , new caliper fitted in no time, job sorted , truck will be so much nicer to drive with new brakes all round , great job on the Ford , ready to go 👍

Another great vid guys , had exactly the same problem with the same caliper on my movano but was handbrake cable not returning and turns out vauxhall did a recall for it

I've fitted Comline disc and pads to my car, they're not bad. Definitely recommend them
I put some on the back of my Renault Grand Scénic last year. I was really impressed that the kit came with the hub nuts that are supposed to be replaced at the same time. Other makes that I looked at didn't come with them, and the suppliers didn't sell them separately either.
