As a brand new player whos heart wants ALL the characters but there wallet says we're going to need you to pump the brakes. These videos are great. Thank you!
I just into this game recently. Coming from kill team and age of sigmar, it’s a refreshing change of pace. I started with the core box, Magneto-toad, scarlet witch and quicksilver and juggernaut based off your recommendations. Since I’ve picked up Rogue-Gambit, Mystique and Beast. My daughter wants a A-Force team now, so I guess I need to buy She-Hulk next… 😂
These vids are nice. Appreciate your hard work. I have mixed feelings about the flexibility in list building to keep affiliation. So cool to be able to mash together whatever you like and make either ‘dream teams’ from the sources or just to scratch the itch, but I dunno. My Avengers roster is all Avengers, X-Men all X-Men, etc. It costs me a ton of $ to do it that way and isn’t as good as splashing in Zemo or whoever! I do wish there was a bit tighter constraints. Maybe max of one outside affiliation to keep the bonus? It’d kill my X-Force roster for sure until they release more stuff!
It’s just not possible to have single affiliation rosters. Right now there are only 7 (6 officially released) Xmen. Brotherhood only has 7, Black order and Wakanda only has 5. So for the bigger ones it’s fine, but just not viable for every single affiliation.
@@RichMidGaming Sure, but getting the affiliation bonus could be more difficult. I’m just thinking aloud really- game is working as it is, I just am looking for the best of both worlds I guess with flexibility and more thematic rosters!
@@bobsennick7403 Well one that that helps a bit is almost every affiliations tactics cards only work for characters in that affiliation, so on top of getting a leadership for being over %50 on your affiliated characters, your team tactics also get a whole lot better the more affiliated folks you have.
With gambit also becoming brotherhood would you consider him and rogue as a good third box in the budget list to get up to 6 affiliated or is juggernaut just that good a character he's still better ?
Asteroid M came in handy for me as I got Quicksilver to the other side of the board turn 1 to pick up the objective token and then used Asteroid M to bring Magneto over to provide some protection.
Specifically for Brotherhood she is nowhere near as good. Can gain power to do the throw but it costs an action. She doesnt have enough power turn one to do throw and Placement. Her throw is only size 2 so most power you can generate is 3. Her placement is only R2, not R3 Overall, not as good.

Glad you enjoyed them and that they could help!!
I love these affiliation videos! Thanks!

Nice! That's the one I was waiting for!
Hope you like it!
i can't wait to see the vid for the black order

I think its going to be down to personal choice, there would even be an argument to take Rogue/Gambit over Wanda/Pietro

Any chance we get a revamp of this?
We will be in the new year yes!
I've seen people saying to take Clea over Lockjaw. I disagree but thoughts?
