If we talk about bachira in the anime then yes I agree, but if it's bachira in the manga I have to disagree. Manga bachira has to be atleast an 87 overall. His speed,dribbiling,field control,passing,creativity,and shooting is off this roof. Mabye even a 91 if he goes to his monster mode.
