What is diff b/w hurdle rate & High water mark- it seems both are inter linked

@ManikantaGudivada-rz2kv.......Hurdle rate....is fund should cross the barrier to get the management eligible for performance fees whereas the High watermark is touching the highest NAV value of the fund.
