after watching this. i won't be drinking from milk tea cups with laser print..haha just seeing the process and how he holds the cup from the inside. lol
@@girlinthehouse3262 what i did na lang is clear stickers. pag nakadikit na din naman sya hindi na din halata na sticker lang yung labels. mas maganda pa kasi machine printed
Little do you know you probably already licked dirt off the floor when you stop at a pizza joint or fast food place. Acting like you picky yet you don't even wash your hands at times & stick them in your mouth 🤣 😆 🤪 😂
I think this practice is against cGMP. Handling such food container products must pass series in Q.C and Q.Checks, including but not limited to microbiological test, identification and the required test as per current standards. For small scale business, pwde po siguro mag soot kayo ng PPE like non-sterile gloves at lab gowns to minimise contact with the containers. Quality Assurance Officer
Another concern is if the print is food safe or if it has any toxic chemicals that can leach to the plastic. Remember, these cups are stacked during storage and the print directly touches the inside of the cup stacked above it.
Not sure if anyone gives a shit but if you're bored like me atm then you can watch all of the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been watching with my girlfriend for the last weeks :)
These same cups get touched just as much in fast food restaurants from people packaging them, to employees unpacking them, setting the out in shop, then actually grabbing them to make your drink. Make sure you use gloves
kung order mo 1000pcs baka abutin ng isang linggo sobrang bagal silkscreen n lng yung paikot mas ok pa pero pag ganyan dami pang proseso prang di sya matatawag na innovation opinion ko lng nmn 😅
I don't want to waste my time by doing this, it's good and beautiful by looking this cup but I think it's not recommended for high volume of consumption of cups.
I don't think you can. If it takes 5 minutes per cup, each machine can only produce about 96 cups per 8-hour shift. You need about 52 of these machines with 52 persons to produce 5,000 pieces in a typical work day.
Huh?! U sanitized the outer part but inside hindi tapos pinasok nyo pa kamay nyo.

same thoughts, i am planning for my shop, definitely won't be using this method lol

aguyyy.. same here! hahaha!
very cumbersome process. it's nicer to have a machine that directly laser prints on a cup.
Parang masyado ma trabaho

Why not just use sticker. This is unsanitary practice
so complex
Hm
mabagal gumawa lugi sa oras
Di worth it ano Sir.
Problema pinasok mo kamay mo sa loob ng baso. Dapat isipin mo yung hygiene.
wag mo naman ipasok yung kamay mo sa loob ng baso...
Ambagal ng process.
ay ganto pala hawakan ang cup. naku2 :(
Manual is faster
