Esophagus and oesophagus are both English terms. Esophagus is predominantly used in 🇺🇸 American (US) English ( en-US ) while oesophagus is predominantly used in 🇬🇧 British English (used in UK/AU/NZ) ( en-GB )

Yes you can use Poster colors ,
for blade i used knife blade and saving blade (you can get it under 30-40 rs)
i didn't try sharpner blade , you can try if its work you can use it .
