Just a PSA to you and your viewers, Bose are running a trial for a few extra sizes of wingtips, that you can reach out to Bose customer support to order free of charge. I requested all 3 new sizes (0, 1+ and 2+). It just gives you a little bit more of choice when it comes to fit as I too was finding the QC's a bit uncomfortable out of the box with the standard wingtip sizes. I found I was somewhere between Small and Medium, so the new 1+ really helps with that. I'm not overly sure if these sizes will run as standard in future production models, or whether it's just a trial as the website suggests? But get them while you can I guess! Hope this helps you and anyone that sees this.
These are now available to buy on Bose’s web site. I bought some and the inner ear bit was the same size but the wing bit is bigger. It’s perfect. So it now feels secure.

Purchased them as well for that price and I’ve bought refurbished Bose products before and it’s the best deal going. They are basically brand new, are tested thoroughly by Bose to make sure there are no issues and still have full warranty. The vast majority of refurbished items are returns after a couple of days because the purchaser didn’t like them so they’ve barely been used so you’re almost getting 50% off pretty much brand new earbuds.
@@MrMortadella1 I'm thinking of getting the refurbished QC earbuds. but I'm not living in a country where Bose has a technical assistance. I just don't want to get em and find a problem bc simply I can't return them.

True. There are more features on the Sony but the QC is way more comfortable to wear and the sound is comparable although it's a bit more rich on the Sony. I'm sticking with the Bose because of their warranty support and comfort.

Both earbuds have microphones but for independent use, try using only the right one. As of a recent firmware version, it's the one that can be used for single bud use.
Howdy! I just recently purchased a pair of BOSE Quiet Comfort earbuds and I have a question. When I play some songs, I have a delay of about one second between the left and right headphones, is this normal or could it be a defect? Anticipated thanks for the answer!
There shouldn't be a delay between the earbuds. As someone who can spend 8 hours a day on calls on teams or my mobile I really wanted these to be multipoint. But they aren’t, which is a shame. How quickly do they transfer between a mobile and laptop when using the case button or app? Seems slow and painful as you have to disconnect from one and connect to another.

Great review!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 How do the quietComfort compare in terms of sound and noise cancelling vs your QC20 ?(I have those as well and have been wondering this as a buying decision factor)
Both the Bose soudsport wireless and true wireless have consistent durability issues. They did last little more than one year. contrary to you, I do not expect much durability from a Bose product. :)
Just picked these up a few hours ago. I lost my old Samsung Galaxy buds+ that have been my trusty go-to for about a year, so I bought the new galaxy buds pro thinking that the new generation would be better in all aspects. Unfortunately they were unbearably uncomfortable, ruining a workout within 15 minutes. A day later I returned them and got these Bose earbuds. They are super comfortable for my ear shape. The only thing is that the software didn't have the EQ settings you showed for some reason, so I downloaded Poweramp equalizer and I was able to get a bit less of the flat/hollow sound I experienced (Tinnitus doesn't help lol). Another downside so far is the size of the case, but it conveniently fits in my leg pocket in my uniform. Ty for the update on these earbuds!
I'm happy my video was helpful. To get the EQ, make sure you're updated to the latest version of the Bose Music app. When you connect your earbuds with the app, it should push a firmware update. Let me know if you have any trouble. Cheers!
Superlative long-term review. You are so right about battery life on flights. If I'm flying out to L.A. from NY, not only are the headphones on during the flight. But also on at the airport for 90 minutes. I have the Bose QC45 over-the-ear headphones as well as the wired QC20 noise canceling earbuds. Both are fantastic. On a recent flight my plan was to start out with the QC45's, then switch over to the QC20's if the battery died. That wasn't an issue because the QC45's have a solid 24 hours of battery life. But I did switchover in the flight home because I wanted to nap...and the earbuds were perfect for resting my head on its side.
Bought these and the sound quality is great. They are very comfortable and the battery life is good. My only problem is the phone call background noise. I have no problem on my end of the call. It’s the background noise the other caller gets. I have heard it and it is unbearable. In a quiet environment the sound is great. In a vehicle the road noise is terrible. Anyone have a fix for this?
I haven't experienced it but my first two suggestions would be to make sure you've updated to the latest firmware ruclips.net/user/shortsJliQoH1XyZU And if it's still sounds terrible get in touch with Bose. There might be a problem and perhaps you're under the manufacturer's warranty. Good luck and feel free to update how it goes here.
foXnoMad I have the updated data. Next time you’re in the car call someone and let me know how it goes. Unless you drive a Tesla then maybe you won’t. 😄
Mine totally sucked. After eight months, the right earbud stopped working, and they won't connect. I moved overseas, and Bose won't replace them. Buyer beware!
It’s a shame they’re shutting all the malls down in the US. (At least in my area) . It used to be a good place to shop etc.. now they are falling apart. I guess it’s because of Walmart with better prices
Love my QC's and keep going back to them. I did happen to break the closing mechanism on the case when they fell off my chair and landed on the tile floor, short fall but must have hit just right. Bose was kind enough to send me another one and I immediately ordered a Spigen case for it.
After one year they stopped working. My phone says they are connected, but no sound comes thru. I tried all recommended solutions from Bose to no avail. I even tried things other people recommended that are having the same problem. The warranty has expired so i can't even get a replacement. Just like a lot of other people are saying, I agree they are junk. Do not buy
After 1 year the plastic piece in the lid broke, this despite carefully pushing the button everytime i open/close the box. So now I can't lock it anymore. Spring makes the lid open up by itself . I can put it upside down and it will close on a table, but in a bag =NOT. 🤬 Crappy design by Bose from the beginning, look at competitors, all have magnetic lock. I will make my own magnetic lock coz 100% for sure, this won't be covered under wty. Everything else with these buds are top rank, but the lock sucks
@@foXnoMad Wty void🤬, however I made my own "hook" using a thin metal plate which I placed under the rubber in the lid. Little tricky to open sometimes, but it works. 3 years old now, still works well👍 despite dropping right bud into a fibercable manhole full of water. Pumped water out, located bud, cleaned in IPA, dried in a box of rice.

@@foXnoMad I sure hope so, cause now you have me sold on these!
But I did switchover in the flight home because I wanted to nap...and the earbuds were perfect for resting my head on its side.
keep up the good content
I love these earbuds the best I've had better than the sony xm3 xm4
I don't get on with any of the wing tips. Always coming loose which annoying.
That's a bummer, good earbuds otherwise.
I haven't experienced it but my first two suggestions would be to make sure you've updated to the latest firmware ruclips.net/user/shortsJliQoH1XyZU
And if it's still sounds terrible get in touch with Bose. There might be a problem and perhaps you're under the manufacturer's warranty. Good luck and feel free to update how it goes here.
foXnoMad I have the updated data. Next time you’re in the car call someone and let me know how it goes. Unless you drive a Tesla then maybe you won’t. 😄
I'll make a note to test it out and will update when I do 🚙
foXnoMad thanks, I would be interested to hear from you on that.
Mine totally sucked. After eight months, the right earbud stopped working, and they won't connect. I moved overseas, and Bose won't replace them. Buyer beware!
Mine don't want to pair
best ANC ever.
Sold 😃👍
Enjoy the new headphones!
@@foXnoMad the only draw back on these, in my opinion is that you can't go backward on tracks. I hope they'll fix that on a future update.
You can map this as a custom shortcut through the Bose Music app.
@@foXnoMad alright very good to know 👍
It’s a shame they’re shutting all the malls down in the US. (At least in my area) . It used to be a good place to shop etc.. now they are falling apart. I guess it’s because of Walmart with better prices
My ear bud does not fit me
Have you tried the different ear tips?
Love my QC's and keep going back to them. I did happen to break the closing mechanism on the case when they fell off my chair and landed on the tile floor, short fall but must have hit just right. Bose was kind enough to send me another one and I immediately ordered a Spigen case for it.
how did you get a new case? did you just call up customer service and ask for a replacement? did it cost anything?
@@momaamri7663I did call and mine was still within the warranty period so they sent me a new one and I had to return the broken one
It’s not resolved
Now as of 2/4/22 they’re back to $279.00 🤦🏻♂️. And Bose now offers a “refurbished” product for $199.00. Missed the opportunity
Hopefully another sale comes around soon!
Amazon has them for 219 today. Just ordered a pair
Most planes, etc...have power ports so it is not like you can not charge your BOSE case! IMO, that argument is irrelevant
Do not buy
Are you able to use only the left earbud?
Ik I have that problem too, idk if it’s a setting thing but it kinda sucks
no... you can only use the right by itself which is annoying. I still love them.
My bose have been causing my ear to hurt. I constantly hear a scratching sound in the left ear especially with certain songs, and certain sounds.
Are you within the warranty window? Might be worth reaching out to Bose to see if there's an issue with your specific pair.
@@foXnoMad thanks I will do that.
Good luck!
👍 ipods pro open,when dropped.🤣
Confirmed after many more drops, the Bose are still solid!
@@foXnoMad👍 my problem is more to find the ipods., after having rolling around on white grund 🤣🤣🤣
haha good luck!
After 1 year the plastic piece in the lid broke, this despite carefully pushing the button everytime i open/close the box. So now I can't lock it anymore. Spring makes the lid open up by itself . I can put it upside down and it will close on a table, but in a bag =NOT. 🤬
Crappy design by Bose from the beginning, look at competitors, all have magnetic lock.
I will make my own magnetic lock coz 100% for sure, this won't be covered under wty.
Everything else with these buds are top rank, but the lock sucks
Have you contacted them? It's possible you're still within the 1 year warranty and it may apply in your case.
A bargain for £139 on black Friday
They are huge. They look like earrings on you.
😂
THEY NOT WORTH THE PRICE EFFING CAPITALISM ..
No comments or crying baby.
