when we do 100-68 /2=16..which gives area till 60...than we need to add 68 to cover 60 to 80 area...so answer should be 84.....why 16 please explain

Sir if it had equal parts that was 2 right then if we taking it as 80 mins so 100-68 and 32 should be divided by 3 not 2 bc the equal parts will change to 3 right so ans would be 10.6%

Kindly watch the video again carefully. Because after reducing 95% area, only two portions left and to find out the value of one area we need to divide it with 2. Hope it will be helpful.
