What about the citizenship? If you have Canadian citizenship passport but you left the country for 20years than returned back would they ask u questions.

I'm a Nigerian who applied for work permit under the international mobility program in November 2021 by creating an online business which has to do with cosmetics products. Call IRCC - after 8 weeks you have to request a re-print. There are some immigration offices that charge to help clients make calls for re-prints.

It's very case specific. But the general theme is your relationship with the spouse/partner. How it developed, the family members, dates and anniversaries, and most likely discrepancies in your application if there are any - with supporting documents. Make sure you know everything inside & out.

31 days before classes start is perfect time . If they ask you why tell them you need to find accommodation, familiarise yourself with the school campus and adjust to the weather & environment before starting classes.
@@karl6769 what about like 6 months to . Though I deferred my program from May 2022 to May 2023. I have a brother who is a legal resident in Canada. Can I say I’ll be staying with him to familiarize with the weather till classes resume ? Or will I be turned back ?

Continue your studies online if your school has that option. It'll force the visa officer to approve you

I have a scenario here: I am going to study as an international student in Toronto in Sept 22, and I already have Letter of Introduction from the IRCC and my passport folio stamped (Category S-1) ready. However, instead of going directly to Toronto, can I arrive (say a month before) in Montreal, as my first Point of Entry, to visit a relative (with a sworn letter of invitation provided by the relative)? Will I obtain my study permit at the PoE in Montreal? It is understood that I would have all other necessary documents to produce to support such as LoA, my course fees, proof of payments for study fees, funds for CoL, proof for residence confirmation and payments, etc, etc. Do I run the risk of not being accepted? If such a situation occurs, despite providing all explanations and my documentary evidence are in order, what could be the outcome? Would I be asked to return to my home country , or detained, or could I be asked to go to Toronto to obtain my Study Permit? Please could you give me your views on this scenario? Thanks

I was work in Canada before _work permit. Now am back to my country _Thailand. I had a daughter which is 3 year old now,was born in Canada during I had work permit, got Canadian Citizenship. Now I am trying to take her visit her father after 3 years apart. Please advice how can I get visa to take my daughter visit her father in Canada? The father is legally employed with work permit, Not a Canadian.
