Bro let me tell u something.Me and my friend started our career in core since 2018.Still im here in core but getting only 2**** .But my friend switched to It before 1.5 years now he is getting 7****.Now tell me which one is better.I was proud mechanical engineer but now i say Fuck core jobs.
If In core field get less salary or less job that's ok but we will not choose it sector i know one day come upsc(ese) will come more vacancies so don't choose it sector field job my friends
It's nothing specific about IT, but in general it'd hard to get back to studies after a long break. Specially if one has worked in that period, he or she will lose the touch with studies and it'll take time for that person to gain back his effectiveness
But being in touch of core subjects learning their concepts for the 4 years and at last giving an exam in IT sector. It seems useless to do so moreover the experience we get from an IT sector would not be recognised by any core company what's the use then
Indirectly you are telling to students don't go for MECH, ELEC, ENTC like core stream during admission if they want a good job , Ak din aisa ane vala hai jab IT vale bhik mangne lagenge.
@dvd There is nothing indirect brother, I hv made very clear suggestions. IT is the future and soon all core will be totally dependent on IT itself. We should never turn a blind eye to any type of change
Great Sir, Thanks for all your information! I have one request sir : Please make a video on Higher Studies (especially mechanical) (IITs and also in foreign universities) about its scope and related things.
Sir I am from electrical engineering I recently placed in adani power.and aslo I get placed in Capgemini .adani power is offering 6lpa and Capgemini offering 4 lpa what should I choose.will Capgemini experience help me to get more package after 4-5 years of experience than core job.
Hii sir I completed my graduation 2020 . Present I am preparing for gate. I think that most times if I am not getting much rank in gate what will I do ?and it leads to join IT job but IT side fresher's eligibility chance decreases day by day and I feel that I can't do anything after that . Please give me any suggestion sir ?
Work life balance is also heavily dependent on the company. People who enter IT without any aptitude for it are most often the ones who complain as such. This is not at all true. A good IT company can provide you with the same sort of work environment that any "core" company would provide. Friends of mine in SBI are working 12 hours a day, friends in civil services and state inspector posts are working similar hours and in IT of course some bad companies are there and if u are a fresher and you get into them then it's very bad otherwise once you gain some experience, then all u need to do is stay clear of them when u shift. Plus government work pressure depends on where you're posted at. Most of my government job friends are telling me that work pressure is too high. If you don't want any work pressure then teaching is the best job i think.
Work pressure which comes as responsibility and duty is much better than work pressure due to lay offs. In IT there is always pressure that you can be layed off. If you have kids and family then getting fired will be very dangerous, also there is stress to constantly upskill yourself. Many a times you are just working for money and protecting your job, working in this stutation for years will ruin your mental and physical health.
@@prateeksingh944 This is also not a true statement. Layoffs usually happen during recession and as per historical trends recession happens once in every 20 years or so (major recession) and even so if you're a skilled worker, even if you get laid off you can get a job as quickly. There is "pressure" to upskill yourself but in this field, it is a mandatory thing. Just like if you're a policeman, taking night shift is mandatory. That is part of the job. If you're a clerk then also you'll need to upskill yourself as when all files were replaced by computers in govt offices. So that's an inescapable part of life. You are working for money but if you work properly you can get lots and lots of money and if you're careful with it, you can weather any layoff that comes. If you're smart, you can also do some side business which is not allowed when you're working in government. So if you enhance your side income and you keep yourself up to date and you move around, then you can earn a lot, command your own work life balance and enjoy your work (which I personally do, I really enjoy my work). There's nothing like it. I personally would say that working in private (especially in IT where you can just sit at home and work) is the best if you just want some money at the end of the month with least effort.
Is it possible to prepare for ese and gate simultaneously and how much time will it take to thoroughly prepare. I am asking cause I'm in my final year right now
Bro first of all now many psu are getting privatized, even govt employees have to work really hard(due to less resources n stringent deadlines),secondly,IT jobs are more safe these days as all sectors are getting digital especially banks, insurance n health sector.Yes,updation is required but that is again in the favour of employees only as that makes them.more valuable, lastly,IT jobs are abundance compared to any other sectors
Sir, agar koi core engineering stream ka student ho aur wo IT jobs ko grab krna chahta ho, toh yeh cheeze possible hai? And agar possible hai toh kitna efforts lagana pad skta hai?
Yes Rohit. Bilkul possible h. Current scenario me sabse important aptitude dekha jata h IT companies k recruitment me, and second BTech score. You won't need anything else to get an entry level job in IT

@@peebeelife ok. Then sir can u suggest me how to get private core job?? What are the things I have to do? Like I am preparing for these competitive exams, as a backup plan I have kept of entering into private core sector. So can u give me detailed suggestion?
Sir, It would be really helpful if you could tell what the scenario is in the core industry on the requirement of individuals who have good expertise in coding besides the core field knowledge. I mean, are there roles in the core fields, specifically civil, where the techniques like machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, etc., are required to solve problems related to that industry.
At present there are no such roles for individuals, bcz if there is any such demand then that will be outsourced to a consultancy firm and they'll give suggestions then
