I (drummer) just completed my home studio... drum room and mix room... both rooms decoupled... followed all your advise for maximum isolation and I just did a sound test with my neighbors who are approx 35 ft away... and they cant hear a thing inside or outside the house... at night when the noise floor is approx 35 on my meter! Thank you John!!!! now I can record or practice anytime day or night! dream come true!
