No dilip beats dont have structure that is the reason he always looses even after putting hard drops which are savage level but structuring beats do matter.

Structure would mean you need to look at the Intro, Buildup, Drop, Breaks, Fillers and Outro and how they are arranged. It has nothing to do with how good the drop itself was, though buildup sometimes makes drops sound better.
Its sad to know that dilip's drop was not at 1st place but it's on the judges so what else we can do :( ( and congo to river for taking first place in competition and in top drops 😊)
with all due respect, I think abo ice's elim (2:30), wing's "Imma go with your style" against napom (6:00) and napom's counter against river (6:57) should've been at least in the honorables because these drops are absolutely insane
