It’s so worth it to take the shot. It is exactly one year I came to comment this video. At the time it was so hard for me . I was royalty to this old company for 20 yrs and loved everyone there but it was so hard to stay because I just had a baby and lived on a paycheck. I looked for new job and 6 months later I got an offer. The salary is almost double, work 4 days a week, great pension benefits and they helped pay for medical insurance. New people are so nice to me. It was scary of the unknown but having a baby really made me jumped out of comfort zone. When you love more than just yourself. You will make change. Good luck

Nobody will tell me to stay except my current manager
Perceived as scary to make the move. Have you ever considered how scary it is to stay the same?
I think the issue is employers nowadays don't give proper training and good luck trying to get help from co workers , and if you screw up, it's your fault.
It's scared go for it
