Hey I found this video helpful about bookkeeping I just had two questions- one were the classes you took in college difficult for bookkeeping? I’m planning to take courses for bookkeeping next year and would like to know if they are challenging or not (I’m good at math but not amazing ) I also wanted to know if bookkeeping was a difficult job for you or if it was easy. If you could answer these two questions that would be very helpful , thank you !
So in this case the deposits come together as one? I was thinking if using tags work to generate reports per person? I love the flexibility of working from home. I work longer hours but spread them per my personal schedule. Great content Morgan!
Yeah, the deposits are often grouped. Hmm, I will have to think about tags, wondering if that would be easier or not. Good idea! Great that you can make your own schedule too!
Just a question cause I’m curious - if your client (or yourself because I think I heard you say in your last video that you use Gusto) uses Quickbooks online, why don’t you use Quickbooks payroll instead of Gusto?
Good question! In a bookkeeper FB group, someone asked what payroll company was everyone's favorite, and the most common answer was Gusto. So, I started using it. That was a few years ago--I think both have similar functions, but now I'm more used to the Gusto platform.
