Hi Andy, I just ordered a set of these today. 4-GW. Going in the bag in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait. Gaining 32 yards more carry with my 6 iron than my Titleist DCI 981's. circa 1998. LOL They feel so soft it’s unreal. The ball jumps off the club face. I am also fitted with a UST Recoil R95 Graphite shaft. The shaft is heavier than a normal graphite shaft. Ball speed off the club is 12.9 mph faster and my club head speed is 7.7 mph faster. Really looking forward to a great golf season.
First of all, thank you for the impressive sound quality of the video. Others that do reviews should get your counsel. I wonder if you could try a graphite shafted and rate them against your C-Tapers. I'm getting older and thinking of switching to graphite. Either way, get video and great info....thanks!! Played MIZUNO for 30 years now.

Hi , can you tell us what shafts were in that club. It looks like the KBS C-TAPER but which one and how heavy? I know it's slightly irrelevant because it Comes with many shaft options . I'm a similar handicap to yourself and swing speed and would help to know. Keep up the great reviews.
Hi John, You are correct it is the C-Taper and it is a stiff shaft, I have them in my own irons and I go on about them quite a lot! They are the best find for my own swing for many years, I would certainly recommend giving them a go yourself. Thanks for watching and the feedback.

In terms of forgivness how would you rate them com. to the hot metal.
They were not as forgiving but I preferred the feel and sound considerably, for me I would have sacrificed a little forgiveness for the improved feel.
