Hello my friend we hope all is well . we had such a great time when we were in Malta and we would love to go back. How did you find it being a younger Person . We have smashed that Notification Bell so hope to catch you soon my friend Until then stay safe . Sarah and Glenn
Hey there! Thanks for the comment! :D Yeah, Malta is great! :D It's an amazing place to be, being young. At least where we lived there was a lot of young people and a wild night life! Thanks for the subscribe! :D I'll do my best! In the summer anyway, I'm gonna put up more travel videos
I've seen your post on r/videography on reddit where you asked about feedback. I think there are a lot of things people could point out as "mistakes", but it is all about practice and trying new things just keep doing this - trying new approaches, testing things, being deliberate. I think you should think a bit more about the shots you include in your edit, sometimes they seem out of place and maybe instead of showing three fast shots I would rather watch one good one for a bit longer, so I can read all the emotions and surroundings. But I think if you watch this edit a few weeks later you will see this "problem" as well. The thing I really liked was that you talked about the people you met and that was the main line connecting it all together. I think you could have leaned more into it by not including the part about cooking. The only big criticism I have is that I didn't like how you talked about "loving" those girls you met. It was a bit much given you have seemingly only met them, but maybe you are a really passionate person, I don't know, but I got a bit scared when I heard some of those lines. Maybe its a cultural or linguistic difference, but it seemed a bit creepy. Don't worry about it too much thought, I'm sure you have good intentions. Keep up doing this - trying to improve you storytelling and working with the equipment you have on hand. Be sure to check out Van Neistat, I think you will really enjoy his storytelling, take notes and take care :)
Hey Samo! I really appreciated this feedback three months ago. Now I tried to implement some of it in my new video. I'd love your feedback on that too if you'd want to. It's called "Hitchhiking Turkey" :D Thanks!
