The manga stuff can't be in games until it's animated because Toei and Shueisha refuse to sign some paperwork to let them just be used since the anime is the go between of manga and video games- which is also why they aren't in other material that gets wilder and should have them like Heroes. The Ginyu Force level at 31:22 is actually the most frustrating level I’ve played. 1v5 using base Goku, the NPCs are CRANKED up for literally no reason, each has 5 health bars and seems to perfectly dodge/counter every hit but land their own insane combos. If it wasn’t for ultimate spam this would be the hardest level in the game

no goku didn't know he turned into a oozaru until he saw vegeta turn into one, kami removed his tail when he brought the moon back after roshi destroyed it but didn't tell goku why
Alright, so Goku's tail grew back multiple times throughout Dragon Ball. First Yamcha had Puar cut the tail off, then Master Roshi blew up the moon during the finals of the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai, then Grandpa Gohan accidentally ripped Goku's tail off when they fought at Fortune Teller Baba's palace, and finally Goku asked Kami to permanently remove his tail in exchange for restoring the moon.
19:30 grandpa gohan also removes his tail, and then also kami i cant remember exactly what the context of the scene was but goku says he traded his tail with kami to bring the moon back or something (then piccolo blew it up again)
54:17 Nappa isn’t wrong, there’s definitely something wrong with that scouter since the original manga listed Goku’s power level at 8,000 during this fight
I get stuff like being confused about Gohan and Piccolo appearing out of nowhere after kinda randomly dissapearing or not playing the body swap part cause the way the story is told is a bit weird by all the characters having their own campaings that only show their POV and fights they participated in. But i felt the need to correct some lore things. No Roshi didnt remove Gokus tail, yes once it was done by Yamcha(actually Puar), but that was incredibly early on. In terms of anime we're literally talking episode 13 of the original Dragon Balls 150 episode run and it grows back in episode 23. The next time it was Grampa Gohan, but neither of those are relevant in terms of talking about Goku not having his tail in the Sayan Saga as those times the tail was just cut off and it grew back in like a month. It was Kami who removed Gokus tail when he trained with him after King Piccolo arc so he could bring back the moon. Yes the burst and mix for the fake moon in Sayan Saga is straight from the canon. Theres a longass monologue by Vegeta about how by mixing oxygen(or atmosphere depending on the translation) with Ki he can create an artificial moon that makes the technobabble whatever waves that cause the Great Ape transformation if there is no moon as Piccolo re-destroyed the moon when training with Gohan. Ofc Goku is only going to fight Freezas final form in the canon route cause he only fought Freezas final form in the canon cause he was recuperating from Ginyus body swap. No they didnt skip Cell Saga, they skipped the Android Saga which while weird makes sense in terms of the games weird storytelling as Goku was in a hospital bed the whole arc so his POV wont include it. 17 and 18 were chill like that in the canon too. They let the Z Fighters live after beating them half to death, they even let Krillin go uninjured cause hes not a threat. Hell they only went after Goku cause they were bored and had no other goal so they tagged along with 16s mission for fun. Killing Goku is just a way to kill time for them, and they even deliberately take their time in finding Goku cause killing him would mean they have to find a new ''goal'' so they play around on their way to him and deliberately get a car cause its more fun and flying would be too easy and fast.

Best way would be to do Dragon Ball > Z > Daima > Super according to how the timeline is. You can watch Z first if you want to, I did when I was a kid. There’s Dragon Ball Z Kai which is a more streamlined version of Z and removed a lot of filler. If you want everything, watch Z as it is. GT is optional viewing as it isn’t cannon but I love GT a lot.
My experience with Budokai and BT2 makes me tempted to say "get good", but people cheered when the devs said the game would not be balanced, and players have a tendency to rage quit in pvp from what I've seen from other folks.
okay for the history of Goku's tail...first he transforms at Pilaf's castle, Puar cuts his tail off as a pair of scissors...he transforms again in his first Budokai Tournament so Roshi as Jackie Chun DESTROYS the moon so they would never have to fear him transforming again, during this time no no one has the heart to tell him the truth that he killed Grandpa Gohan...then after Goku defeats King Piccolo he agrees to train with Kami, who removes his tail permanently since he wanted to put the moon back...in the Manga, Piccolo destroys the moon offscreen remembering Radditz's words that a Saiyan transforms during a Full moon, in the anime there's a whole episode Gohan transforms so Piccolo destroys the moon then...yeah its crazy how inconsistent tails are for Goku it can grow back, yet Vegeta losing his tail to Yajirobe never gets his back...
Am still appalled that two different people saw a weremonkey start a rampage and theie first thought is to destroy the moon, and it stood like that for months!

My very first fight with Raditz in this game, I actually didn't land a basic hit on him at all. Every time I hit the X button, the dude dodged or countered it, flashed behind me, and beat the crap out of me. I basically had to spam Kamehameha to win. Definitely more challenging than I was expecting lol
