It looks like you were unlucky and got the old 777 of Emirates A6-EBK delivered back in 2006. Obvoiusly if you had the new Emirates 777.. your review would have had a better experience.
Lmao I rewatched this for the 777 re-review, and as much as spot-on it is, at 11:10 just headlock the nearest passenger for that socket, that’ll solve things. 😂😂😂 (Jk jk 😅 I just thought of saying that for fun)
Haha, that’s definitely an option; in this particular instance my neighbor were two ladies, so unfortunately no headlocks- went for the calmer option of rock paper scissors, ha!
@@nsuresh91 lol I see. 😅 Any plans on booking a SIA a380 yet? 😅😅😅 I’d be flying SIA again by January2024 and as much as I hate this-I’d be on their a380 again (SQ317) LHR-SIN. 😅🤦 Seems like SIA knows the a380 is a real cattle class coz they priced their 777-300ER about +£160 more (about $200 more) than the a380 for this same route: LHR-SIN. The 777 departs at 0910H, the a380 at 1055H-like why that price difference?? 😅😅😅
@@GianMelendres-if7ph Thats interesting about the cost; and unfortunately, at the moment, no plans, but if I do find a good deal, I'd love to get onboard the SIA a380 (in all classes ha!) Yeah timing could be the bigger factor at play; there have been instances where while booking flights, the site mentions a specific aircraft, but then at the gate its a different one, so not sure if the rates vary according to aircraft type (could be wrong though).
@@nsuresh91 I can only speak for the SIA a380 (SQ322) but that plane is cramped! Its seats are like the economic seats we get in the Philippines’ Cebu Pacific. 😅 it has minimal legroom compared to the SIA B777. The 777’s seats are wide and comfy enough that I slept 6hours worth of the 13hour SIN-LHR flight; whereas I wasn’t able to sleep at all on the LHR-SIN 13hour flight aboard the SIA a380. Also, the a380 has that “gargantuan” impression and I thought it would dwarf any other plane but when I saw it up close it was like a 777 double-decker. Its cabin isn’t even that bigger than the 777. And the 777 has the 3-3-3 seat configuration while the a380 has the 3-4-3 config and thus must have been the reason of its narrower seating. Lastly, the a380 has too many passengers. While that’s impressive watching it at NatGeo or on the documentaries, flying it in reality with 500+ passengers is a cattle class on its own. The 777 only has about +/-300passengers and that’s what I think the optimal (if not, the maximum) number of passengers to deal on long-haul flights. So, yeah. ✌️👍
@@GianMelendres-if7ph Ah right on, yeah I loved the SIA 777, service was unparalleled; but that was my 2nd ever video I did, so I would definitely love to try it again and see what the experience onboard (mainly the hard product) is like. Haven't tried their A380, would love to try it eventually. Thats so interesting you mention it was similar to the 777, because that's exactly how I felt too-- like a "double decker" 777. The only thing I really wasn't excited about on the a380 was take off felt a little too "soft" didn't feel as powerful and the feeling of high speed wasn't there compared to smaller aircrafts.

Interesting, didn’t now there was a newer 777, would love to try those at some point too!
Thanks for the info and thanks for watching! :)
Good review man!!!
I am waiting for the big boy A380.
Glad you like it! That’s the next one ;)
Thanks for watching! :)

Dude the a380 is a nightmare. I’d always try to find a 777 instead first than an a380.
Interesting, why is it that you don’t like the A380? I have my reasons as well, curious about yours
