You guys need to do a Boucherie (Boo-sher-ee) on Epic Meal Time. Whole pig cooked up. Skin becomes Craklins, Liver and Heart used for dressing mix which is stuffed into the intestines with green onions, rice & seasonings for Boudin (Boo-Dahn), and the rest of the pig is roasted over an open fire. Takes a crew/family to get everything done and would be a pretty fire meal.
Order some Cane Syrup to dip the Craklins in and some drinks and you got yourself a party!

I've been going to st lawrence market every christmas eve with my grandparents since I was a toddler. I'm 28 now. We load up on christmas dinner food and grab lunch. Carousel Bakery's pemeal bacon sandwich is the first stop we make every single year. We don't even get anything on it - just bacon and bun. It's one of my favourite things of all time.

I moved from near Toronto to Vancouver Island 17 years ago. I have to explain to most people here what peameal bacon is and why it's the best sandwich in Toronto! I had to learn how to make the stuff myself from scratch since you can't find it here
