When I can fix the save storage error on my PS4 I will be giving a lot of these a try. Wayshrines and EasyRiders dungeon pack mods are also great for PS4.

There may be something that increases text sizes, but due to PS4 not allowing stuff like that, I highly doubt it on PS4. Really sorry. Maybe there's something in the built-in settings?
Since it's PS4, ur only option is buying a bigger TV. U can get a 65inch 4k tv for 700$ now, about 400-500 if u spot one being rotated out of Walmart or best buy every 3 months or so.
Rather than give you a non answer like everyone else, allow me to tell you about the zoom function. You made need to enable it under settings -> accessibility but once you do you can zoom in on any part of the screen by pushing square and the PS button at the same time. = ) Keep being awesome man.

Dragon uner Whiterun was nice; the journal, other notes helped tell the story. The only complaint on it, for me is it didn't show up with other quests. Plus... When I did do it, was very early in game after helping kill 1st dragon (I knew where key was) so snagged it prior to talking to Jarl B the Greater

I want to adopt Aventis Aretino but that little shit won’t go back to the orphanage or let me just outright adopt him , maybe because I killed the entire dark brotherhood from the jump ...i killed Astrid on sight at the beginning now Crazy Azz Cicero won’t spawn. And to kill every freaking Thalmor in the game
The forgotten dungeos mod is really bad honestly, u have to kill like 50 draugr deathlords and they had ridiciolous names like forgotten something, btw every other mod eas just perfect.
I had no idea there were proper quest mods for skyrim PS4, wow.

Nah mod developers need those. It's why the mods on Ps4 are so tight and universally compatible.

On forgotten dungeons you have to go through a 1 hour dungeon filled with automatons and drougr to kill a bear for the dawnguard
