I love watching your tutorials; your methods are simple and easy to follow. I started school three months ago and have another four months to complete the program. I like how you do your face-framing layers, and I have to find a technique that works for me. The school doesn't allow us to practice face-framing layers on the mannequins, so we have to practice on clients, which is quite intimidating.

Love your work Summer❤ I have the hardest time finding a professional who can cut my hair in a way that works for me. I have very thick and dense hair😢 and most stylists cut my hair like i have thin hair and i end up very disappointed afterwrds. But this video was amaZing. Can you do a haircut for long curly hair please? As in waist length. I used to get a layered cut, that really stacked the curls.Gave me lots of volume. My stylist has moved and I tried asking for the same cut, but my curls lie flat and look lifeless. Thanks!

I really really want to cut my hair like these layers you’ve shown and sometimes do layers at the salon but when I ask them for more layers they say no as my hair is fine and that it won’t look nice on me . Looove this want to try this!! Summer will you do a video of how your haircut is? I want my hair your length and cut my hair thick and really long I’ve trimmed it but ugh there’s just no style to it. I part it in the middle or slightly to the side. This is gorgeous! The method for the back of the head is very similar to your long layer tutorial, but the end result looks very different. Is that last short layer created just by overdirecting the top forwards slightly? Or did I miss something?

I do color these, not the best hair for it. It can be done, just expect it to feel yucky after.
How long should the layering take? I asked for this style but my hair is longer and even in the front she literally took 10 minutes, no cross checking and was done, now I have choppy ends and no volume.

These are round layers. I just twist at that very top layer to make it a little shorter.
