i appreciate this video man, just had a skydiving helmet come into my shop, a first me as well. i was having issues getting full coverage on the sides, watching how you did it i was able to see i was trying roll it too much instead of the more straight down approach you took

    Okay !!
I would like to order a Cookie G4 with M81 hydro dipped and clear coated… (call sign in the back of the head and black and white American flag..)
Will I need to source the helmet or would guys be able to facilitate that as a complete order.

Did you polish clear coat after applying it?

Yes. Some items need more work than others but as a rule of thumb, everything with gloss clear-coat gets a polish at the end.

Nice! One question, would a gold or more chromy design would have much negative effect in term of light reflection and blinding your partners ?

Great question! I would recommend staying away from the chrome/chrome-gold colours for that reason. Gold or silver paint with gloss clear would not be an issue.
