  • I decided to reduce a potential fire hazard and make my cords a little more safe/secure. Backing up the tank has been a huge priority for me and I am glad I was able to mount it to the board easily.
Check out Maple Frags on Etsy for the brackets:

Larger tanks need 9 ft of cords minimum

I’m building a 40 breeder AIO peninsula right now and I want to make a canopy for it. I’ve never used PVC Board. Would you use it for a canopy? It will be resting on the plastic rim of the tank and not supporting any weight. Thanks!

If you are looking for a cheap option it would work. My preference would be to use a black acrylic panel for it. I had it on my 80 gallon and loved the shine and how clean it looks. The expanded foam board PVC would work. One side of the board is made to look nicer than the other side of the board so if you used the nice side of the board it would look ok. Let me know what you decide to do and post a pic about it. I would love to see how it turns out!

How does it work for you? V3 battery is 12V but Jebao SCP150 is 24V. I bought V3 by mistake and it doesn't work for me.

You’re 💯 correct. I found out it doesn’t work with jebao. I had to plug it in with my octo pulse for it to work. I totally forgot to update you guys on that! Thanks for asking!
