That last GSL game featured (vs Jinro), it was said that the crowd went "OOOOOH" when they saw IdrA was going for a 6 pool, and Jinro heard that and knew something was up.

It's not bringing in more money because it wasn't made to have tons of micro transactions (thankfully) like modern and mobile games. I feel sorry for SC3.
I remember when Idra used to come hang out in Broodwar Op gg-manner and a few other places.. i know he liked to play bw-west I even remember him playing against quite a few inhouse games with friends.. like DaEm0niCuS and Persev .. myself and a few others.. thosae were the old days
I remember copying Idra's builds back in the day. He was the best foreign zerg until Stephano came up. A macro monster in the early days of wings. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
Man I love this game and the nostalgia of things like HuK vs IdrA hit so hard ❤ And yes, Zerg had some issues in early WoL, part of it was those AWFUL maps with gigantic mains. That was so hard to hold properly while doing everything else.
He was the goat for me, never been so excited to watch sc2 when idra was around, even looked forward to tuning into the streams every day. Serral cured an itch, but there wont be anything like the showmanship he brought to the scene.
Idra is a salty cryer baby with lesser skills than others giving to him. If someone is a beting man he will have 1,2 odds to ragequit or lose. He is a bad roll model for everything. Don't know how his name is in the community, oh w8 how to not do things in sc.

Man those WoL early GSL clips are so nostalgic!
I remember how new everything used to feel. Those maps look absolutely insane by today's standards.

Yes, StarCraft 2 is still alive.
Good one
Alive but on life support.

I always enjoyed watching Idra do battle with his nemesis, Idra.
Reminds me of Destiny so much

I still remember that IdrA interview about Starcraft 2 and the patch 1.1
Thanks for the video!
Idra always seemed so depressed in SC2. Glad he eventually moved on
I miss him.
He was BM in BW also. He just was a feisty player
@@EB-jf5oi He was only feisty towards nerds, i guarantee irl he is extremely mannered.

I was a big Idra fan, right up until he quit playing. It's a shame he never won an event but I still enjoyed rooting for him.
Never won an event? He won tons of events.
I kust started to play this game like 2 months ago. Love it

His live streams really helped early Zerg players elevate their game.
I was hoping this one would be 30+ minutes but ill take it
they look like they were playing in slow motion haha
You know half of those, Void Ray's were hallucinated right??? LOL
Starcraft 2 scene was the most exciting when it was big and had personality.
dood is a star.
at least he had personality
I never see toss fake robo and go void before..😮
Metropolis is the best sc2 map for me ever😍😀 miss it so much
Idra played greedy every game and got punished for it
More like How IDRA got owned by some illusion boys and left the gaming scene out of shame :D

I wonder what Idra is up to these days.
He's a physicist now
Wings of liberty was the best
