i have a question..what's that sensor (with probably 3wires) or what, that you have bolted to an intercooler?..i don't have it on VE unless it was somewhere in the interior..what's that, what is it doing and is it important?
it reminds me a lot of nissan's airbag crash impact sensor 47930-8H300..but what does it have to do with this start up?:/..and why is it connected?..no logic nor sense..i guess it's something else, but just looks quite alike..so i'd be thankful if you clarified me about this;
oh, i got it..it's probably a hitachi boost-MAP sensor (PS66-01 on vet), so that's why i don't have it (and don't need it)..i guess it should be somewhere on the intake manifold past throttle body as map, but on vet it's on the filterbox body connected with hose to intake tube, pre-throttle, probably as usual for boost measuring for turbos:/..ok, case closed:)
Murican cars are big, roomy. Engines are prehistoric OHV that wont rev much. Swapping V8 into Euro car is pure bullshit, unless its longitudinal. SR20 is fourpot as any other engine. You wont get much better than that. VET isnt DE, DE is simplier and cheaper, VET anything but that.

При втором варианте, датчик детонации сигнализирует в мозг о повышении детонации и тот входит в аварийный режим. Выход есть, впаять в позг конденсатор на 2000 (+-) пикофарад. Сигнал приглушится. Но требования к бензину остаются.
И просто сделать замену вместо QR20 мало нужна полная замена проводки со спидометром и всеми датчиками а так же автоматом и раздаткой (и кмпьютером автомата) включительно. Иначе будет конфликт сигнала.
Pull out the coils and if they oily get new plugs then new stem seals and then check your oil if water and oil arent mixing should be good if not then replace the coil packa
эх мне бы этот мотор с коробкой я так замучился со своим мастер делал только деньги выбросил так и не едед и коробку сменил уже 150 000 отдал мастер оказался шорлотан

you have to wire a obd 2 plug in order to find out what codes you may have. Very important with drive by wire engines.

seems like the sr20 is almost ad bad as the small block chevy but in the import world so probably

The qr20 software is still in your car the thing is that the throttle body is electrically actuated so check that out at the mechanis
