I lived in the dorms next door. I'll never forget leaving for school around 2013 and the whole block was cordoned off. Somebody jumped from their Spire balcony and crash landed at the community eating area while people were eating breakfast. #TheSpire

There is actually a dog run in the parking garage for late nights or bad weather, otherwise there is green space across the street.
