3rd generation in Denver. I love my city and know Denver like the back of my hand. I have to say you have some of the best place to live here wrong, The only neighborhoods you mentioned here that are somewhat safe are River North Art District | Wash Park | University Park and Sloans Lake, the only reason these neighborhood are nice has to do with the higher cost of living and higher a educated resident. The rest are ridden with lots of crime, homelessness, drugs, gangs, break ins, and auto thefts. In Downtown Denver, Uptown, Five Points - someone is always dying there, Baker neighborhood having some of the worst, true they may have received a facelift so these areas so they look nice, So I would only visit, but not a place you will want to live. Locals know not to live. Sorry I think you could have done a better job.
There are some really nice areas in Aurora. All depends on how much your willing to pay. Most of Aurora is HOA that can be a hard pill to swallow. @@rpena9142
@0:25 whoa whoa whoa! Don't go to Denver for good food as it all sucks. Top food places are new Orleans, NY, some places in Cali, and Portland. Chicago. Def not Denver .
We have really good Mexican food because of the amount of Mexican-Americans, Those places have good food too but we have different food, also no need to be so rude. It's just your opinion.
Denver is great, Sloans lake is where my mom manages an office called Sloanside Dental next to Ruperts and Little Caesars.
I love it Denver

@@rpena9142 In most areas yes, I would chose Westminster because it has one of the lowest crime rates.
@@rpena9142yes absolutely
I agree, lol… This sounds like it was written by AI who pulled stuff off of different realtor websites, trying to sell places in Denver
What about Cherry Creek?
Cherry Creek is really nice but is also really expensive 😅
Cherry creek is not that great… I’m btw Lowry and Cherry Creek and CC is overpriced and hates anyone below a certain income level lol
Capitol hill??? Seriously? Baker ?? Been here 48 years.
I used to live in cap hill, for five years… I LOVED IT! Only moved because I wanted to be closer to a better elementary school for my son
