    Thank you a lot for your valuable tips and tricks. But I wonder if we can bring an object from another level onto the current level with its exact original location in its level?

      Copy and paste the locations transform to the object once the object has been moved to the new level 😃 that should work fine 😀

    Can you select and drag more than one mesh from the actor pallet viewport?

    • @vizualflow
      @vizualflow  10 месяцев назад

      Yeah not at the same time becasue you don’t drag , you single click on mesh in actor palette to pick a. Mesh from the palette and you can switch mesh by clicking it in the actor pallete , you can quickly populate any scene with meshes from any level 😁

    Nice, this was helpful! In Unity the Vertex Snapping tool is very quick and direct to use. It's like press one key select one vertex on this object and another one on that object and they are perfectly snapped. However, when I tryed to find it in Unreal the last time, it was way more clunky. Is there a way to do the same as in Unity?

    • @vizualflow

      I agree with you it is clunky in unreal atm but has had improvements recently and As the modelling tools are relatively new to unreal , they are constantly changing things with these tools , if I have a lot of snapping bits and modelling to do I would rather use blender/3DSmax /Maya etc , this is kind of more suited to when you have small fix to make and don’t want to go back to dcc 😁 I havnt tried unity’s snapping system personally but I can say if you want the same you will be looking at making custom tool , I’m with you though would love to have just a way more intuitive smooth snapping system that works outside the modelling mode aswell 😁

      @@vizualflow @vizualflow yeah, a custom tool is a very good point and it shouldn't take that much effort to do, when I think about it. Thank you for the idea. Have a good time! Hoping for another video ;)
