- This week, I’m away on vacation, but I’ll be back with a vengeance by mid July with lots of new videos and topics to cover. In the meantime, here’s a little something to hold you over; a compilation of the worst riding I’ve done over the past year. Thanks for riding with me, and I’ll see you when I get back.
You are great at bailing. That's one skill every rider would benefit from improving.
I was thinking the same thing. I need help on when and how to bail on the trail.
That actually might be a great idea for a video! It would really help me learn new tricks by knowing what to do when it all goes wrong.
Looking at Seth, he clearly knows what he's doing and anticipates crashes. He'll know when he's screwed mid air and will bail out before he lands. Most riders just enjoy too much and always think they'll nail all jumps but end up skidding their faces on concrete.

Just so y'all know Seth already has a video on how to bail. He imparts some really good knowledge.

no i always check myself first, mainly because i dont need to worry about the bike as it is a BMX
Mike D I’m 16 and my birthday gift was a Lapierre X-Control 127. You know it represents a lot of money for me so, yes, I check my bike before myself, and sometimes I even repair it before taking care of my injuries lol

Btw, I'm impressed at how you saved a lot of those. Some of those could have been really bad and you somehow ran out of it.

I just love how seth can show his mistakes to his fans, it shows that even the most experienced riders can make mistakes, and that with a little practice, anyone can still rock it on a bike, Great work seth :)

Man, I'm so glad you posted this. It's nice to see that even those people who, as far as "we" can tell, are REALLY good at this stuff still fail from time to time. It makes the little fails while trying to learn things that much easier to swallow. Thanks!Oh, and my favorite is the pinch flat/bent wheel at the end that results in the tree hugging incident. That was pretty funny (hope you were alright).

That last one was right on que haha. You should definitely make a second compilation, not only just for jokes, but so that we can learn some useful skills like diving away or ejecting over the handlebars when in a crash. Also, have fun at your vacation Seth.

Seth I live in brandon Florida and there is a bike shop next to my high school but the prices are way out of my budget and I was thinking about a department store bike but after watching your 3 videos on it I scraped that idea and I have a mongeoose bike but I destroyed the rims and tire. The front suspension bottoms out on it and the gear shifter and breaks don't work and I need a new tire and rim. Should I just get a new bike?

I can't speak for all of your viewers, but I have been watching from almost the beginning and id like to say short quick videos are better than no videos. This one looks like it just took editing time and leftover footage. I appreciate you striving for perfect and giving us the best quality videos, but you don't always have to go all out

crash safely or at least more safely? You seem to know how to fall and I
think a lot of us would love a little guidance. Like, "get away from
the bike if you can't land a jump" or "Don't do xxx when you crash or
you'll break your collar bone" etc.
