Since The Brown Buffalo MODs are always out of stock, Alpha One Niner has great hook and look panel organizers in several colors. I use a Type 1 in the main compartment and a Type 2 in the front slash pocket.

Got those as well, but what do you do about laptop?
Miss my 19L black xpac version. I sold it thinking they would come out with a v2 that zipped clamshell…. Never happened unfortunately. Still got mods but I use them in their sling. I agree, great deal right now..
4:54 nice flex with the black ops, I have been looking for one. What I really wanted to know was what bag is that on the far right 2nd row, and then I looked up and was like what MR bag is above it with its glowing with hits of neon orange???
So on the left is the orange Unicorn 2.0. On the far right is the Danner x MR Scree. But also up in that corner is the orange pouch from Remote Equipment (it's on a blue Charlie25)

JB - does Step22 pouch fit full-frame Sony A7 with lens attached?
The prices is pretty killer for this design, color, and X50! 👊🏻

@@JBOutside1 Materials and craftsmanship - I could not pass on this one. However, I know I don't need it as I already own several packs in this 25Lish category, including GR2 26 Dyneema, DC 18L, CTB26, CTB26 Xpac, CTB20, Rucker 4.0, CHZ22, Evade 1.5 2024 VX41, Rhune 25 and several other Gregory, Osprey and other bags. Multicam Black over X50 and sewing quality - I just could not resist.
Ordered one Labor Day weekend when they were on sale for $200. Can’t believe I was able to get such a nice bag for that. Really appreciate your review. Couldn’t be happier
After getting a GR2, my TBB became surplus to requirements. It didn’t help that mods are nearly impossible to find. (I managed to get the laptop sleeve.) They’re incredibly well made and attractive, but if you like your bags to have organization (EVERGOODS, GORUCK, etc.) you’re going to end up being as frustrated by the TBB as I was.
They're not perfect for everyone for sure and I enjoy the look, build quality, and versatility of his designs. They do run heavy once you get it all kitted out though. Designs that have all that organization baked in are good too but your locked into that layout...just my two cents
I’m back on the TBB train! That price at Huckberry was too good to pass on. (And have all the regrets about selling my laptop sleeve, porter pen cases, and dopp.)
Man, I love TBB. They've been kinda disengaged from their customers lately, though. As a fan of their products, it kinda sucks. It's a brand I'd love to support more, if they'd let me.
totally agree but since I follow them on social media and understand the focus on Canvasworks and what he's doing there...I hope to do a class one day and build my own!
The pattern of the bag, especially around the zippers are second to none. Especially comparing to goruck and evergoods. TBB zippers always have enough room to GLIDE as they are intended to. I don't know if it's because they have more room or it's sewn to be more rigid to keep the teeth of the zippers straight. but it a small reason why I go back to Conceal from the GR2 and CPL24. for all the long-term 1050D Conceal owners - do your straps ever mold? I swear my harness traps are as rigid as the day I bought it
I can see your point but I don't really view it as abandoned...efforts appear to be currently focused on the Canvasworks classes. For passion projects with one person at the center of things you can't do it all.
@@JBOutside1I don’t buy bags with velcro because of noise as well. I have a Heritage GR1 in black for Business Casual. Nice & quiet. Keep up the great content!!!!

@@Scan_Speak Velcro is controversial but for some situations it is the best option. Here it is only used for permanent attachment of organizers - attach and forget. However, I don't see the use for velcro in the back/laptop compartment it is close to my back - I don't want anything but flat things there.

With their back laptop compartment they should have a side access one with hook and loop.
Maybe just a sleeve?
Good ideas
I have one. Awesome bag. Manufacturing is top tier.
Totally agree

Good stuff
Hello to my old Phoenix 😊
Oh hi!! Still going strong! Love that thing!
Ordered one. Now I can watch a review while waiting. :)
😁
I’m loving mine so far! I have an A19 coyote organizer on the way as well. Hoping it matches!
Good stuff and great idea!
Did it match?

Great question. I don't have an A7 but the A6700 with Sigma 18-50 fits perfectly with a little room to spare...I'll put a picture up on Instagram
@@JBOutside1 Awesome, thank you!
I love that bag. I sold my OG and at this price the huckberry Collab is great

Deep down, I wish I could get the MCB with orange interior but this is so tempting at the price
So nice

@samleary2733 att 200, that's theft 😂

Build quality on these are always top notch
I was noticing this too. I feel like the x50 mcb is becoming less stiff much faster than my ballistic version.
There is an additional 15% off for Labor Day. I snagged one for $198 after the discounts and a store credit from a previous order Huckberry messed up.
SCORE!
One of my biggest regrets when it comes to bags was selling my TBB D50 Xpac MCB duffle bag….. the OG one.
His quality is top notch.
totally agree...and I too wish I had that duffel
❤❤
👊🏻
Great review as always..By chance would you want to sell me your 19L black ops?
Sorry no. Thanks for watching!
Nice look but not enough built in organization
I think that’s kinda the point
There’s no way I’d invest in this brand. It’s basically abandoned by the owner.
I can see your point but I don't really view it as abandoned...efforts appear to be currently focused on the Canvasworks classes. For passion projects with one person at the center of things you can't do it all.
Too crinkly.
I don't think that for X50...perfect balance for me

There's always ballistic. Super quiet and tough. And looks better than a slick imo.
