(Ok, loving your haircut!) This is a great idea for a series. I never meal prep because it's just too tedious and I have to feed 4 people. But ingredient prep is a totally useful concept. I could see doing this to make the most of my Imperfect produce box. Thanks!
I loved this video & hope you will continue! I get overwhelmed with the idea of cooking meals for the week plus I have a husband & 3 teenage sons who are notorious for eating whatever I’ve meal prepped so it feels like I cook/prep all day and then it disappears! Im happy that they want nutritious home cooked meals but its a LOT! Please continue in this vein! I had soaked & cooked a bag of beans in my crockpot on Monday so these ideas will add to my repertoire!
