Kody checked out of the other marriages as soon as he married Robyn. He stopped caring about his wives, he stopped being a parent to the kids he had with them.
It wasn’t plural marriage. It was a married man that found a mistress and choose the mistress over his responsibilities.
It was a narcissist with a harem. And I'm still trying to figure out why any of them married him in the first place. Well, except for Sobyn. She wanted to be on TV and have others support her.
And that mistress is still gloating over her trophy. I notice it in EVERY. SINGLE. EPISODE. and then she wonders why the girls don't like her. Well, except Meri. Poor Poor Meri.

That makes me sick that McKelti blamed Meri for having an emotional affair and saying she cheated on him! 😡 he divorced her and ignored her. She was heartbroken and turned to someone else. Wasn’t Mykelti the one Meri was accused of having a very bad verbal and physical altercation with (allegedly) I thought I’d heard in a video that the altercations were so bad that it’s what caused Christine to distance herself from Meri. If Mykelti was on fact the child that went through that with Meri I highly doubt she’d have anything nice to say about Meri!

Isabell’s surgery was so disappointing that Cody did not attend. She should have been his number 1 priority!!!
He could not go for even a few days due to Covid restrictions or leave "his family" but left for most of a week to officiated his buddy's wedding where no masks are in sight. And dancing a lot closer the six feet.

Robyn makes me SICK. Her face contorts trying to squeeze out a tear (that never materializes). Robyn didn’t work. The other 3 women paid for everything and that along with the perceived embarrassment when the truth came out is what they were upset about. Kody has basically admitted (not even basically, he actually admitted) that he never loved Meri, Janelle and Christine. He mistreated them and their children for years. Kody and Robyn should be ashamed. I hope they spend the rest of their earthly life taking a hard look at themselves. This was probably the best season watching the three women take their power back and move towards a healthy future.
I think mykelty has always been team robyn and kody. Maybe kody and robyn made her feel special. Still i would always be on my mom's side. Especially with a self centered father like kody.

I just don’t get him, he told Christine he didn’t love her, wasn’t attracted to her, and didn’t want to work on it but expected her to stay married to him? I feel like he wanted and would’ve been fine if Meri left, never expected Christine to leave, and was furious Janelle would not just keep things how they were in their relationship at the time… him and Robyn have each other - their problems and narcissism will hit its point too Im sure, I remember back when he divorced Meri legally to marry Robyn because of wanting to adopt her kids in case something happened and not thinking it was such a huge deal but I was wrong, that was a smoke screen, her ex-husband apparently was not a bad man at all and was not ok with not seeing his kids… so she spun in it a way that made that necessary for safety and other reasons - it was all selfish and the beginning of the end!
I’m so happy these adult kids are able to see their dad for who he really is - Kody can think it’s their moms telling them what to think or brainwashing them against him, but you reap what you sow… it’s just impossible for him to take any responsibility or ownership on how his choices and actions alienated his children and they are capable of forming their own opinions! When almost everyone you know is saying the same thing about u, it’s time to point the finger at yourself and see what you’re doing wrong and accept that u made mistakes - nope! Denial and deflection, it’s always everyone else that’s wrong!

It's not really about polygamy. They have been emotionally abused & neglected by a narcissistic parent part which they associated with polygamy. So this meant understandably a lot of suffering for the children. Without the strength of the wifes like Christine the kids would have been thrown under the bus by every chance Kody could get. People are replaceable like toasters to individuals like him.
Robin is responsible for the alienation of Cody out of the kids lives. He chose her and her kids over all the other wives and his bio kids. When push comes to shove, it's Cody's fault. Nobody else's because he allowed her to manipulate him. He let the Wolf in. His chicken coop, And to be honest, Robin came into this marriage with an agenda. To be the only legal wife and to get all the money. And they have her kids a priority. And she didn't care about anything else. I honestly want to see how long she's gonna stay with Cody. Once the money runs out, it may take a while. Because I know he has a big stash. And so does she she's got the highest net worth? Of all the other wives, I don't know how since she's never hold a job. You can Google it and see that she has the most money out of the other wives. She's stacking it in her bank. So that when it's time for her to leave Cody. When the money runs out, she can get a lawyer and keep her mansion on the Hill. She's not a stupid woman.

You can actually go back to season 3, I believe, during the 4th of July episode, the one where Meri goes off on the older kids for mistreating Robyn's children...and at the beginning of that segment, there are no images of this incident but you hear Brianna crying and saying "Paedon hit me in the mouth" (which Paedon says is probably true, not blaming Brianna here) and then you hear Paedon start crying and saying "Why Dad?" and then you hear Logan saying "Dad, what the hell?" and there is little doubt in my mind, that Kody hit Paedon.
I have always thought that Kody hauling everyone and everything all over creation was largely to blame for the dissolution of this family (topped off with Kodys jumping off the sanity cliff during covid). The setup in Vegas was so perfect. It's not surprising that Kody moved everyone to Flagstaff for their son. Imo if they'd stayed in Las Vegas,they might still be all together (or maybe the wives would've Xed Kody out and be together in harmony on their cul-de-sac).
They all worked so hard for the cul-de-sac to be perfect, it's like once they accomplished that, it wasn't good enough any more.
I never understood why they had to keep uprooting the entire family, moving to different states, and building new houses each time. What they had in Las Vegas was perfect! I think you're right, it's like Kody got bored once they accomplished all the building and setting up their lives in a new place. After that, it was time to move on! I feel terrible for the children having to be the victims of all of the craziness.

I think the Vegas set-up was best for the children. They could be with their Mom & immediate siblings, but then could see their half-siblings & their other "moms" on a daily basis. Probably had the best access to their father as well with him being so close. Yes, it's sad, I 💯 agree. However, I knew that it would have happened from season 1. The family dynamic was doomed because of Kody and the introduction of Robyn. You could see the cracks early on, especially with how Christine spoke of feeling replaced by Robyn and her kids. You could see right away how Robyn had an agenda and always spoke of HER kids' needs. I think that despite the heartache of the family breaking up, the majority of the Brown clan, the OG3 wives, and their children are better off. They are away from the toxicity of Kody and Robyn.
No, living with a narcisst is sad. Trust me the kids are lucky to not see their father. Better than being abused. The wives are lucky to be strong enough to leave. I am happy because this is not real polygamy and unessacary today with women rights to live without being selled on a market and being able to work as a women. Polygamy is stupid today.

No, she almost died, because Cody couldn’t afford medical insurance for all of his family. If you can’t take care of, everybody, don’t have kids. However, they do call it , bleeding the beast, the polygamist do. This is when he is married to one woman so the rest of them can be on welfare, which means all the kids have Medicaid. The women get a monthly check for each child. Free health and dental insurance. Nearly free or free housing and food stamps. Pleading the beast is bleeding the taxpayers dry.

As far as the children go, the mothers are the ones raising the children. Kody just blows through each house like the wind. When his daughter had her back surgery, he didn't go because he didn't want to risk Covid for himself. I would have risked bubonic plague if that was my child. There are literally thousands of people who find it easier to love small children because they look up to you and as they get older they express their dislike or disagree or let you know that they know the truth! As the child of a father diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, Kody mirrors so much of what I experienced I became estranged in my early 20s. I pray these children seek therapy for this type of narcissistic abuse as the mental and emotional trauma lingers and creates insecurities in adult relationships long after childhood.
I immediately noticed Kodys favoritism towards Robyn’s kids vs. his kids with his other wives.

Their experience of a father is so different than a monogamy family has. He’s represented as a Father Figure, a representation of a patriarch leader. No one can spread themselves around 18 kids evenly or lovely on a daily basis. That’s just one harmful reason this religion is really negligent and abusive towards kids. Kids don’t bond healthily so it’s easy for them watch him at a distant and critique him. Not any real love loss. That’s why Kody asks for just some respect . You're right but I think Kody gave Meri a lot of pressure to get the divorce. Meri was lonely, sad, and frustrated so it made her the perfect victim for a romance scheme. Kody once said she was as loyal as an old dog so he was very surprised and angry that she flirted online with a person she thought was a man. He used that as his reason to try to get rid of her.

I believe the cat fishing incident is all about Mary being heartbroken that she needed to get a divorce from kody .so that Cody could marry robin. I think she was heartbroken and she went on the internet to find love ,I don't think she did it for any reason but she was heart broken, that she made a decision for kody and robin something I don't think she really wanted to do in the 1st place
I knew that once that family moved to Flagstaff it was because of Robyn child going to college that.. that was going to split the entire family up. Clearly he chose a favorite wife because they were all doing well where they were staying but he wanted to please her because she was the only legal legitimate wife and all the other women didn't matter... The kids were grown they had their own girlfriends and wives and husbands so it didn't really matter at this point he wanted to do it for him and his own children with her
Kudos to Paedon. Kody was a pretty rotten dad, consumed by his own ego and convinced that once the kids were no longer "little ones" they could take care of themselves. Kody checked out of plurality when he met Robyn. Kudos to Meri who loved the kids so much that she willingly went through a divorce from Kody so that Robyn's kids could be adopted. Kody checked out of marriage to Meri when Robyn appeared.
🤣 His dancing is hysterical! 🤣 I saw a poligamist man try to dance years ago and it was truly the weirdest thing I'd ever seen, just as funny. I love how he conveniently says he doesn't feel married anymore. In normal marriages, we try to work things out or divorce, but in their crazy land , they usually just stay married and the man continues to be verbally and often physically abusive, while the women are guilt tripped about even considering to leave. Funny how he said you shouldnt kiss, hold hands, or touch before marriage but he was sure all over Robyn for Months before they got married. When they left Vegas they wasnt running from anything but running for Robyn for his College because Robyn cant be away from her kids but then the other wives have to move away from their kids.

Prior to Garrison passing, I think Meri had been the wife to go through the most trauma and hardship (and that’s really saying something considering what Janelle and Christine also went through). But she is normally forgotten and pushed to the side, thought to be dumb with no self respect. This woman tried to courageously and happily accept 3 women into her marriage and selflessly worked to make it work, made sacrifices, watched as other women got easily pregnant with her husband even though she struggles greatly emotionally and physically with infertility. She went to work and supported the family financially. SHE offered to divorce Kody, to make things easier for Robyn. This woman strived so hard to have a positive attitude and make this work, and KodyRobyn put her through the grinder and shamed her for having the audacity to be emotionally manipulated by a catfish. These poor women have been used and abused (not Sobbin Robyn though).
