@@fieryindian1338 then you are looking for a job not career .All companies operate for profit they are not running charities .The starting pay for mechanical engineer in core company would be very less compared to IT but eventually the mechanical engineers earn more.If you are just taking a job irrespective of your interest then you will burn out in couple of years .Swiggy amazon delivery doesn't have any career growth.These jobs would be replaced by people who can do it for lesser price.It is more suitable for people making part time off.

Even though many banian companies like Viking , Crystal, DSP etc etc are established for a very long period in Tirupur nobody is able to beat Jockey. I see Jockey exclusive showrooms every where in India. Even though they were late entrants they have captured the market share for inner garments . Tirupur companies haven't thought about listing in Stock markets. Jockey maker ( Page Industries) is listed & have given very high returns for people who had invested. Also we have to accept that quality of Jockey is very good compared to Tirupur products. Why Tirupur companies lost to Jockey ? 2. All these years Tamilnadu politicians brain washed us not to learn Hindi. Now how are we dealing with these people from North India . Atleast now we should start learning Hindi. I am sure all business men from Tirupur Erode belt know Hindi

I'm an SG based entrepreneur. I agree with this gentleman. He has spoken the truth. Despite all the claims of glory & History, the sad reality is our Tamil youth lacks basic work discipline and are addicts of liquor, social media and movies. The Tamil film industry, its reel-heroes who are tax evaders, also exploits this to the maximum by inflating their egos as if Tamilians are born with two horns. Only parents have to do something. Government, Kollywood or politicians won't do anything. The best thing you can do to your kid is restrict social media and Tamil cinema. They will turn out alright.
Art n cluture n entertainment is another side of life... U should encourage people to work...create the right atmosphere I suggest u come to Tirupur and work for a month... U ll then come to know how abusive biss r ...how employee r treated ...how much they r paid... None of this is encouraging.... North Indians....they r labour class...meaning TN has more educated people ..looking for a right job... Crete jon for their qualification... Don't expect a graduate to come n stitch for u... Ofcourse it will not help u as well...
Please wait for another 10 yrs untill those other state workers settling their family .. they won't allow their children to take the jobs they are doing.. this was happened in TN 15 yrs ago .. this will be repeating in other state labour generation too..

The core problem is MNREGA and other nuisance freebie schemes coupled with TASMAC that is the root cause. I own 100 acres in Cauvery delta region & a large organic dairy farm. 90% of workers are from Orissa. You think its easy to hire from Orissa with all the language and logistics issues?? Tamil workers are spoilt and are the worst guys to have in the workplace. Barring a few all good workers are laborers in Singapore or Middle east. Only the losers stay back and make it hell for us.
Very useful information,my suggestion mostly interview person is deeply go through that person and asking questions, better we should ask him to talk from his heart.
As stated by him,the attitude of entire workers has completely changed. The management provide all the basic amenities for people who come to work. But still workers demand something that is not essential or a reason to escape here

What he said is 100% true, we are running a small export house with no in house tailors and we get our clothes stitched through job work basis near Dharmaburi or Erode, Salem, our people are not willing to work especially men, after 6.00pm most tailors wants leave in spite of i am wiling to pay double the amount, food and transport. Reason is liquor. But, women are willing to work, at the same time we can't keep them late for their safety, so we ask them to work until 8 and send them through hired transport. We really struggled to complete the order and stopped taking any order then onward.

1. Even though many banian companies like Viking , Crystal, DSP etc etc are established for a very long period in Tirupur nobody is able to beat Jockey. I see Jockey exclusive showrooms every where in India. Even though they were late entrants they have captured the market share for inner garments . Tirupur companies haven't thought about listing in Stock markets. Jockey maker ( Page Industries) is listed & have given very high returns for people who had invested. Also we have to accept that quality of Jockey is very good compared to Tirupur products. Why Tirupur companies lost to Jockey ?
2. All these years Tamilnadu politicians brain washed us not to learn Hindi. Now how are we dealing with these people from North India . Atleast now we should start learning Hindi. I am sure all business men from Tirupur Erode belt know Hindi

I'm an SG based entrepreneur. I agree with this gentleman. He has spoken the truth. Despite all the claims of glory & History, the sad reality is our Tamil youth lacks basic work discipline and are addicts of liquor, social media and movies. The Tamil film industry, its reel-heroes who are tax evaders, also exploits this to the maximum by inflating their egos as if Tamilians are born with two horns. Only parents have to do something. Government, Kollywood or politicians won't do anything.
The best thing you can do to your kid is restrict social media and Tamil cinema. They will turn out alright.
Art n cluture n entertainment is another side of life...
U should encourage people to work...create the right atmosphere
I suggest u come to Tirupur and work for a month...
U ll then come to know how abusive biss r ...how employee r treated ...how much they r paid...
None of this is encouraging....
North Indians....they r labour class...meaning TN has more educated people ..looking for a right job...
Crete jon for their qualification...
Don't expect a graduate to come n stitch for u...
Ofcourse it will not help u as well...
Please wait for another 10 yrs untill those other state workers settling their family .. they won't allow their children to take the jobs they are doing.. this was happened in TN 15 yrs ago .. this will be repeating in other state labour generation too..
One more thing to add .. all these construction and labour intensive industries expecting slaves and not the actual labour .. still you are under paying by exploiting the resources..

@@RajeshKumar-uq7yz Labour laws have improved tremendously over the years...but it can improve. But that isn't the core problem. The core problem is MNREGA and other nuisance freebie schemes coupled with TASMAC that is the root cause. I own 100 acres in Cauvery delta region & a large organic dairy farm. 90% of workers are from Orissa. You think its easy to hire from Orissa with all the language and logistics issues??
Tamil workers are spoilt and are the worst guys to have in the workplace. Barring a few all good workers are laborers in Singapore or Middle east. Only the losers stay back and make it hell for us.

What he said is 100% true, we are running a small export house with no in house tailors and we get our clothes stitched through job work basis near Dharmaburi or Erode, Salem, our people are not willing to work especially men, after 6.00pm most tailors wants leave in spite of i am wiling to pay double the amount, food and transport. Reason is liquor. But, women are willing to work, at the same time we can't keep them late for their safety, so we ask them to work until 8 and send them through hired transport. We really struggled to complete the order and stopped taking any order then onward.
Very sad to hear. Bangladesh is getting more orders due to these reasons in Tamilnadu..
