That's a crazy road! We're real picky on that as well. Gotta take care of what we have. Nice views though. I love the rocks. I bet the stars were amazing. Safe travels
Yeah - road got rough! The view was awesome. I had Jim sit outside at night, not look up, close his eyes for a few minutes then look up - about the best stargazing ever! Thank you Sharon!
I really liked it there! Balch Park (part of Mountain Home State Demonstration Forest, near Sequoia NP) has giant holes they call Indian Bathtubs - all full of water. Also Indian Grinding Rock State Park near Jackson, CA has loads of grinding holes - very cool!
I looked back at my notes and I didn’t make any on cell - oops 🙄 but looked on Campendium and it shows 2 bars 4/5G. We stayed 3 nights and loved it - the stars were insane! Thanks for watching.
Thanks for stopping by! We really enjoyed our time here - for another great stop a bit East: ruclips.net/video/klqyGH1RITw/видео.html

We need to go back there again. After a rain, small pools collect water on top of the rocks.

@@johnwwest8407 thanks John! Sometimes I watch my old videos for inspiration and memories, but I haven’t watched this one in awhile.
