I wish I read the comments before attempting to make this..I tried to convert/calculate on my own but did the math wrong because I ended up putting 1 and 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup sugar and it was a very sweet whipped cream that tasted kinda like cream cheese or cheesecake to me lol
Jackie Barrera that's great! Did you refrigerate it for 30 minutes or did you freeze it for 30 minutes? I've seen some people freeze their sandwiches and I was wondering if the heavy cream would stay firm enough to be cut if placed into the fridge for 30 minutes as the recipe calls for in this video. I would love to know!

But I may do a slight modification by adding brown sugar instead of white sugar, and add a dash of clear chocolate extract to the whipped cream. The fruit will be strawberry.

Je voit souvent ce genre de sandwichs aux fruits dans des vidéos ou animés Japonais et mon dieu que ça me donne envie car ça n'existe pas en France. Je vais tenter d''en faire, bon pas aux fraise malheureusement car ce n'est pas la saison à mon grand malheur
So I made everything with good products but the bread... It was bad. Industrial sliced bread has a rather strong and particular taste, and it gets soggy very fast with the whiped cream. I think we should just make genoese .-. As in a proper strawberry cake. Or buy brioche.
As a fellow westerner, I think it would be good with some type of cake-like bread in lieu of white bread. Someone else recommended slices of pound cake.
for the people who measure in cups and tablespoons:
heavy cream : 1 cup and 4 tablespoons
sugar: 1/8 cup
