I kissed the ring on his finger when I got married in 1998 in Rome, it was amazing being near him, I'm Irish catholic and my late father said that the pope is the closest person on earth to God and it's certainly true , I was so blessed by God to have met him and for him to have looked at me

Moreso, the Catholic church and the Youth as a whole were so lucky to have them surely the outpouring of graces around the world was so great. What a lovable Saintly and charming Pope when I saw him then I though I saw a real live SAINT I felt goose bumps and tears in my eyes. such a Holy Man!! The Most complex issues on war and terrorism he addressed bravely in Faith, assurance and love as he called communist countries to ceasefire, Family and ProLife issues were dealt as it should be it was more peaceful and promishing back then. People from all walks of Life were filled with Faith and Hope. I thank my late Dad+ when he brought us to see the Pope JP-II in 1981 in his 1st visit in Manila Philippines. I was in my early teens a higschool sophomore. Then I had one of the most memorable experience of having been a World Youth Delegate in 1995 - (as a Representative from our MQAP Mary Queen Of Apostles hometown parish church while already working in a a bank, during his second visit in Manila, Philippines. OH GREAT ST. POPE JOHN PAUL II, PRAY FOR US! FOR THE YOUTH OF TODAY AND FOR THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD AMEN!!
