Our experience was 7 out of 10, the hotel is very good, the food is excellent, it has good restaurants, but the play areas are not included, you must pay additionally.

We are just two days back from Serenade (Adults only). It´s a nice Resort in terms of Rooms and Pool. But far behind a 5 Star Resort. The staff is friendly but so untrained! food always was cold. Hard to explain. 14 days earlier we stayed in the Magaritaville CapCana Resort…. It´s like you are in a different world. I canˋt recommend Serenades.. not even you get a good deal (320USD/Night)
