im 24 with a disability and I am going to start off at a community college I been too my school 6 time this will be my 7 time attending in I am going. to work extremely hard in the summer
It means it is a room compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). So it has a desk that a wheelchair could fit under, along with a larger bathroom assigned to the room. I hope this helps!
Hi Autumn, I am so excited for you! Honestly it depends where you are at in the hallways. There are 4 bathroom "stalls" with a shower and toilet. Each stall is assigned to two rooms (bc of covid) so the closest room is across the hall but the furthest is a couple doors down. The bathrooms are always super clean and nice, and I can't wait for you to experience it yourself!
I love it in so many ways. This is one of few schools I can confidently say does not make you feel like a number. The student organizations and soririties are fablous and my professors are so amazing. They still have division 1 athletics and the campus is (in my opinion) the perfect middle size. Also, they give great scholarship and financial aid opportunities. I have received several additional scholarships on top of my merit scholarship and was an academic peer mentor so they paid for my housing for a year. If you are considering it also make sure to look into what majors and programs you are considering :) nothing but the best vibes and love for the school!!!
Hello my daughter ( Filipina) is coming there to study on fall.. can you please tell me what she have to do first? Like is there a shops where she can buy essentials stuff like for hygiene and etc.
Very exciting! In Muncie there are several stores like Target, Walmart and other pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS that also have those types of things. In the dining halls there are little stations that have things like shampoo, etc for convenience as well.

I am going into my senior year so the hunt for college has began. Ball state is a school I’m thinking about what are your thoughts about the school?

They are definitely nice! I would say Johnson A & B are similar as well, but it is always enjoyable when something is new :)
