  • Here is an overview of some of the main features of RETRO SYNTH in Logic Pro. You can always use the presets as a starting point, but it is useful to know what the other controls do so you can create the exact sound you are looking/listening for.     Hey thanks for this! I am learning to rely less on my vast third-party instruments and learning synthesis via Logic’s stock plugins. Your video was the first to stand out and inform me on how to initialize it, which was welcome. Now, I’ll soon be on the journey. Appreciate the tips along the way, and your video!

      No worries, thanks for letting me know. There are loads of great tools in Logic that people overlook. It's really satisfying to make a sound that is uniquely yours that nobody else has. I'll think of some other ones to make videos about in the near future. Cheers, Dex :)

      @@DexWilliamsMusic Thanks for the reply! If you do choose to make more on the stock, my wish list is for the ES1, Alchemy and Sculpture. I'll be sure to work with Retro Synth for awhile and create patches from it. Stay well and good!

    Thanks again, Dex! I believe that many take some of these Logic stock items for granted. Yeah... some of them can seem to be a bit basic, however they're can provide a great place to begin. I gotta say that I very much appreciate your videos. Cheers, Dex!
