This movie is about a story of a person who fights on behalf of a village people where a big MNC tries to extract the underwater from the village, which the village people believe may lead to dryness of their land and no water to use for agricultural land. Hero acts in double role. The person in this scene escapes from the jail and replaces the softer one who is the actual one who fights for the village people. Hope this helps.
