I think ya'll only a few years ahead of us here, so I pay attention to the UK, Japan, etc. I can go out solo for breakfast and drop 35 USD easy. The food is good quality and good service, but still. I'm a combat veteran on a pension. So I'm usually frugal.
I moved to the UK 4 years ago from Macedonia. The amount of social isolation, no friendships and relationships combined with the high cost of living broke me mentally and emotionally to the spirit. This year im selling everything i own and going back home. If i ever move out of my country im not going West of Europe
I’ve been In the UK for 39 years. Since birth. Correct. I have no friends, no relationships, freezing cold right now. I honestly felt more comfortable and together when in Prison from 18 to 21. Not that I would want to go back. My lucid dreams are my paradise now.
@edwardobodo2268 I've definitely thought about crime. I have a degree, and I can't even get a job cleaning or in mcdonalds. What am I supposed to do? There's zero opportunity for men here. May as well go down fighting instead.
what most really can't see is WHO is really DOING this and WHO is "they"... And that's the reason why all of this is happening to us. Do you know who "they" are? Starts with a j - vvs
Work harder. I had nothing and spent 100 hours a week getting my business off the ground for 2 years. It’s there if you apply yourself to something you enjoy. Moaning about it on RUclips doesn’t help anyone.

I'd frankly eliminate all the divorce laws. As soon as government tried to save the ladies, it is pointless for men to save them instead. No point investing in a woman. :(
Forget about these women. Just let them do them, what SCG is talking about is the bigger picture, which filtered down to the women to use them as pawns to do the bidding of the nwo's
I'm Nigerian. I visited London almost every summer of my childhood growing up. Attended boarding school in Lancashire. Then I lived in the US for ten years. I came back and lived in Manchester during my masters in 2023. I came back because I've always loved Brits and the British culture and I still had friends around. But I quickly realised the British culture I left all those years ago is dead gone. It's quite weird that not many people seem to notice nor care. It was depressing but it didn't stop me from being myself. I was able to find things to do. Made friends through Uni, salsa, football, and just going out on my own a few times to meet people. Manchester is livelier than London for sure. The plan was always to settle in Manchester but after I finished my course I left Manchester and stayed in London for most of 2024. Seeing London the way it is now, vs back in the late 2000s or even the early 2010s, is depressing. Even my mother who attended boarding school and lived in London in the 70s says she doesn't recognise the city. I don't think he mentioned it but the mass migration is getting way out of hand and because of that the culture is dissipating rapidly because legal and illegal immigrants refuse to assimilate and appreciate British culture. I cannot understand the behaviour of migrating to a country then demonising their culture to the point where it merely exists. That should be criminal in this day and age, in my opinion. I commend country's like Poland for assuming control of its immigration policies. I built a decent social life to get me started once I began my career after my course but I decided I'd rather face the harsh reality of Nigeria than settle in a country that no longer exists. Nigeria is pure insanity but it's always remained true to its core values despite the struggles of its blatant disgustingly extreme corruption. I know what England looked like. I know what London looked like. What they are right now, is far from what they should be. Before I left I spent as much time as I possibly could taking in the vestiges of the past that stood firm against the forces that seek to tear it down. I hope it never comes to that. I doubt it will. Some say the UK is finished but if I can have hope for a country like Nigeria then I absolutely have hope for y'all too. I will never stay away though. Will always love England. Just like the real and sane US citizens who voted sanity back into their government, the real and sane British populace will rise up against this attack on Britain and reform the country to its former glory. Leave the past in the past and seek to better yourself and with whatever power you hold, no matter how small, improve the world around you. Be the difference you want to see.
Lol You think you'll be loved by native brits because you're virtue signalling about how much you dislike immigration by your kinsmen😂 It is your ethnic community who changed the big cities. You hate the change that immigration has brought to the UK but "the plan was to settle in Manchester "😂 You're a full joke with an unravelling punchline. If you believe immigration from your continent has negatively impacted the UK do your bit by not making plans to join the already stretched immigrant population over here. Kind Regards 😘
Beautifully written. I agree with almost all of what you have said. As a 60 year old white British man, I yearn for the London that I found when I moved there in 1986. There was always the sense there that if you put the work in, you could achieve almost anything. I am sorry that London has abandoned you. Please don't abandon London. There is still hope.
This is not only the case in Britain, the entire West is in a similar situation. Australia is in recession, even though the incompetent government won't admit it. For the ordinary working man, Sydney has become an impossible place to live. The entire salary (for those who do have some sort of job) goes to rent an apartment, utilities, and you have to save on food as well. At the same time, thousands of immigrants from third world countries continue to arrive, although there are fewer and fewer resources and money to meet the social needs of the local population. We are poorer than our parents and even grandparents and that's the sad truth
It's interesting how so many Western countries are going through the same difficulties. I'm hopeful (as an American) that things will begin to change with our new leadership. It won't be easy and it won't be quick, as much as I would like it to be.
I'm in western australia. Working in mining. Im single no kids so im doing ok on finance side . But other ppl in mining with partners and kids are struggling to get ahead and the money is meant to be good lol
I'm still in the UK to take care of my grandparents - if they weren't alive I would have already left - my grandparents stopped me from killing myself on numerous occasions when I was younger, I owe them my loyalty now they are in a time when they need company.
If you love them try and get them out. Let them live the remaining years they have in peace and freedom. Respect to you for looking after your grandparents ✌️👍
Jesus is the way. As a whole, UK gave up on God decades ago, and the results of rejecting God are evident. I lived there in the early to mid 80s. Overall, I had a very good experience, but I could also see the handwriting on the wall, even in 1980. I've watched many videos like this from people in UK, from lots of decent people. Yet, none ever mentions God or puts God into the equation.
I’m Australian and grew up in the 70’s. What you are saying is correct. The 70’s wasn’t necessary a better time, but it certainly was a simpler time. The world has become far to complicated. I would happily take the 70’s over todays world.
I grew up in the 70s as well in the States. I think the 70s was a better time. The cost of living was far lower, and if you were willing to work you could keep a roof over your head. Now the homeless population is exploding because rents have become unaffordable even for people with good jobs. Also, this social media prevents people from having true connections with others. This is why people are less happy in general.
This video resonated a lot. I have a friend in Central London who’s been really struggling with life lately. It’s hard to see him so grumpy and overwhelmed, with everything getting more expensive and the streets feeling less safe. I can tell he wants to escape all this stress and find peace, but it seems like such a big challenge. It makes me think about how sometimes, living simpler can bring calm in the middle of the chaos. I’ve been talking about this idea of simplicity and finding inner peace on my RUclips channel - maybe it could help someone else who struggle.
Men by nature explore, hunt, conquer. That age has passed. Everything is now organized into “programs” and “services.” Women can thrive in this existence, but men tend to sink if we are not moving onward.
It will eventually change but there has to be will power. Men need to make themselves heard whatever the initial consequences may be. It will be a matter of moving forward, by finding a way of creating a fairer society (and not a soft one) for one and all.
This is very true! For men life without purpose is worse than death. But what purpose do we have if everything just being gradually taken form us?! Can't even cling to hope since "squeeze not worth the juice" anymore...
you prove a good point, in history that we know of in this technological time period created a new environment that is new to mankind. We've been hunters, gatherers, conquerors and all that primal type of living that gives men a meaning to live is gone.... it's changed and we still don't know the outcomes of the future of this type of environment. I think we are trying to move to fast in terms of technology wise and incorporating it into our lives.... remember computers are still new in terms of all of mankind's history.
No chance to own a house or even a decent car unless you get lifetime mortgage or expensive finance. Taxation increases the more you work. Going out is pricy too. Game over.
@@nelsonhibbert5267You are so wrong bout that lol....car 🚗 is a great investment especially for a single man a new one u can get too and from work even live in yo car I did it now I got a house 🏠 because of it.I went in isolation for 5 years wrk home gym shower.Apartment got too expensive lived in my car stayed out the way now I'm a homeowner because of investing in my car u can't tell me nothing I lived it.😅
I live alone, work alone, train alone, was in a 14 year relationship, now im single and never been happier, i love playing my ps5, going to the gym and seeing friends and family now and again, dont need a woman infact i dont bloody want one, had to live up to a woman's expectations for a quater of a lifetime, dont care if im single for the rest of my life tbh, i love being a lone wolf now 😂😂❤❤
I feel near the end right now. Started the year with a blood clot in my calf. Signed off work for two weeks. I hate it, but it gives me somewhere to go, a daily purpose. Losing money being off. Have huge issues where I'm living and with most of my family. Single for 12 years, no-one is really there for me...people just don't connect anymore. I'm so worried I'm on the slope to losing everything. I don't even know if it's all worth fighting for anymore.
I'm with ya its tough brother I know it's exhausting you made it this far don't stop fighting take the good with the bad the bad will pass I know easier said than done it's tough as hell out there honestly better off being alone woman will run ya ragged these days nothing lasts forever you will get through it man Cheers from Massachusetts 🤘🍻
Listen brother I am young and I often feel the same way, your are going to be resilient, your are going to make it, it will be hard times, however you will not fail in the end 💪🆙
Last year I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
Wow that's awesome investing in alternate income streams should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.
You are absolutely right everyone needs more than their salary to be financial stable. The best thing to do with your money is to invest it rightly, because money left for saving always end up used with no returns.
@ I know, there was loads of sun cream left in the shops over summer, but the garage had run out of rust repellent. You weren't in Fairford by any chance?
@@Nickthepriick Ah yeah you weren't far from Lakenheath and Marham. Fairford is a nice place, looked like the people that lived there weren't short of a few quid. Americans there were a good bunch.
I’m from the netherlands and as much as i love London, it’s really depressing seeing all the homeless people. There was a man passed out on the street with a bottle of beer and nobody looked at him and everybody was acting as if it was the most normal thing ever. I walked up to him to see if he was breathing and thankfully he was. I also noticed how many charity commercials are on tv. It’s sad.
I’m from Brooklyn, NY that is normal behavior to say the least. Been seeing stuff like that and more since I was little. Everyone is waking up to how the “quality of life” is now in other countries. Why did it take this long?
I enjoy the summers in the UK but the winters are just like you said , the average life of a 55 year old working class male. luckily my job givers me a freedom and travel pass, currently working in Malaysia and south east Asia for 6 months, last year I was in Mexico and Central America . Back in April 2020 because of covid I was grounded for 20 long months, I finally escaped Mexico where I met my GF of nearly 4 years , it's the way forward trust me, growing old and cold in the UK is the stuff of nightmares
I love the winters. Cold, darkness, snow, rain, the isolation and nature cycling trough its deathphase and the peace that comes with it. Just as good as summer. Im up in the far north polarcircle. Wouldnt change it for anything else. And here is the real kicker, All the people living around me is native to the land and country. All white, and no southrons. I call it my beloved motherland.😍
Can I ask what you do for work? I've lived and worked all around the world as an English teacher, but want to leave that behind and do something better
I am so grateful that I lucked into international teaching. I have a wife a dog, no kids (yet) and savings that mean i will actually be able to retire at 60. 30 years ago that was the standard, now it feels like I've won the lottery. 1 close friend, a handful of good friends, I hear about life in the UK and I wonder how tnis happened. Teaching English in Hong Kong, best decision I ever made.
@chrismacdonald8494 tell + degree to start, but you will need a CELTA to unlock the good money. Then, eventually, a PGCE/PGDE for job security. I came over he in 2017 with just a degree and a tefl.
Congrats. I had almost the same scenario. After the masters degree + PGCE, my salary took on a new level at international schools. Unlike back home, home which was and is still 75% of full salary going towards bills and only 25% disposable. It’s the exact opposite. I’m able to save 75% now.
When i was a dealership mechanic, the dealers liked to raise their labor rates every year. However, they didn't like to share in the wealth. Many of us mechanics drove 10-15 year old junks. Not because we wanted too, or because we could fix our rides, but because we couldn't afford to buy what our owner was selling. Then when you couple that to trying to get a decent house, date, find a good woman, one felt like a hamster in a cage. The only thing changing was the day on the calendar.
I left London for Spain 20 years ago after being born and raised in London for 39 years. Since I have been here I've had more time to enjoy life and hobbies and because I'm easy to get on with have made loads of Spanish friends and acquaintances a get along with my neighbours here inland within the community. I had a good basic knowledge of the language after 3 years in adult education classes and a Spanish girlfriend back in the day. It's not all been easy especially the working ethics and culture but in general life is good and if you are smart you can have a bright future. Changing countries, language and culture isn't magic, you have to put in the work and a good attitude to your life choices.
As a former British Citizen (Gen-z, originally born and raised in County Cheshire, now living in El Salvador), I strongly encourage men my age to look for greener pastures abroad, even places in Latin America as there is a sense of optimism for these countries. The reality is the British population either cannot or will not do anything about their current situation. Labour, Conservatives, Lib Dems, Reform cannot save you and never mind that useless King and Royal Family. They are either morally corrupt and evil, or ineffective to the point that (in the words of Patches O'Houlihan in Dodgeball) "it's like watching a bunch of Re****s trying to Fck a doorknob out there!" There is a culture (what little there is left) of just burying your head in the sand or a toxic "keep and carry on" mentality. A part of me believes that since society is so far gone, maybe the best thing for it to happen is it's disintegration and a restart. In the meantime, the solution for some is abroad.
@@Demi-Son I get what you’re saying. However, you’d be able to find many people that would agree with what you said about there being a culture of burying your head in the sand or a toxic “keep and carry on” mentality. We still do both of those things, otherwise how will the bills get paid? What would be the motive of the community?
I lived in and worked in London for a while. My boss was a multi millionaire, and he paid 4 million Pounds for his house. The thing is, his house was smaller than my €20,000 Euro holiday home in Spain. Before I left the country, I tried explaining to people that it is not normal to live in a shared house with 7 Nigerians you never met before and step over homeless people on your way to pay 5 Pounds for a coffee, but they look at me like I was the crazy one. Back in 2015, I saw there was no hope, no going back. That the UK will need 2 or 3 generations just to reach where it was in the 90s. So I got out. Now I sit by the beach sipping cocktails, and whenever I see the UK mentioned, its always some kind of nightmare.
Why single out Nigerians? Blacks don't even make up most of the immigrants here or the us. Majority are Asians, Arabs and eastern Europeans. Nigerians and other blacks been here since the 60s
I feel you brother. I was there. Waking up and seeing what you see. It's dark and lonely. Don't let the victim mentally that has permeated the minds of so many in our beautiful country take you too. I'm 44 lived in London my whole life. Everything you say is the harsh reality of day to day life for most men - especially up to middle age. The idea is to become relatively successful and use that to justify our existence - sad but true. I had an existential crisis about it at 30 and went deep into how tonsolve this for myself, and learnt how to rebuild my core and my life from first principles. Hardest thing i ever did. How i overcame this over 20 years in a nutshell: 1. Recognise reality (this video) 2. Accept it - like radically. Make peace with it. It is as it should be. Learn to be more open and optimistic. 3. Accept responsibility for your part in getting you to where you are. Hardest part ever. 4. Focus on you. Ask bigger, deeper better questions. Who are you? What are your deepest values? What makes you happiest? Journal. Read. Learn to be with your loneliness. See it as your learning to be indendent. 5. Form a vision for yourself in your life - who do you want to be? To yourself? To others? What do you want to learn? How can you become the best version of you? 6. Take risks, see opportunities, be vulnerable, Seek out the help you need from therapists, coaches, whatever you need. 7. Make changes, big and small. Travel. Start a business. Get interested in something. Go to classes that interest you with people you like. 8. Rebuild your emotional ties to your family and friend. Care about them. Be interested in them. Love them. 9. You will draw amazing people, including women to you, because now you stand out for who you are. Live. Learn to enjoy it ALL. 10. Marry, have kids, have meaning, do good, create amazing things, enjoy it all. In short, learn how to LIVE, how to LOVE and how to LET GO. No matter where you choose to Live. Never run away from anything. Run towards something you love. That way, you will be truly Free.
Germany here. It seems like every influencial state struggles on that. I see a lot of content with basically the same issues from Germany, the USA and China as well.
You have to think outside the box, almost dehumanise yourself, if that makes sense. Put aside the idea of marriage and kids (especially as a man), don't worry about being a fashion victim (you don't need a BMW, an Audi, or some other overpriced crap that other people want to steal) or keeping up with what everyone else is chasing. Pick one goal, and one only (eg. buy a house) and focus solely on that one thing. Most men I know have fallen down as they're a victim of their own peckers. Houses cost more, so find a way to earn more, invest more, and spend less.
The little head causes more problems for men than anything else, plus ŵomen these days only want easy child support claims from multiple men to subsidise their lifestyle, it's the elephant 🐘 in the room that hardly anyone wants to acknowledge, but I know what I've seen in my 35 years of life to know who to avoid!
@dennis_mennis another brexiteer wants to hide the truth. Well if it isn't brexit why is there so many problems in the uk what's the explanation it's brexit nothing else I can think of
Something else I would like to add to the points made in this video is the lack of knowledge that doctors have on Testosterone. I’m a 26 year old guy and I have a Total Testosterone level of 13.1 nmol. The two doctors I have spoke to about this have said that it’s within the “normal range”, but what they don’t mention is that the normal range refers to the age of 18-75.
I went and got tested and they also said it was normal. It definitely isn't, I can feel and notice the huge difference between now and a few years ago.
I was 47 when I started TRT but my level was around 7.2 nmol, I think it’s got to be lower than 8 for the NHS to treat you and even then it took over a year to start treatment with the NHS, I had to wait a year just for an appointment with an endocrinologist and then wait for brain scans etc to check pituitary. You could always pay privately to see an endocrinologist and if they think it’s low enough you can pay private for treatment but it’s probably not cheap.
There is a lack of knowledge when it comes to men’s health in general. The medical field worldwide has more available information and subjects for women.
@@boardmike82 how old are you? In hindsight, I’ve always had low testosterone, but haven’t had any problems when it comes to sex, other than finding it hard to finish. I know that if I had sex now though, I’d have a lot of problems. I’m going to try taking 5mg Cialis every day and see how that goes.
Americans are ridiculously wasteful, they cry about everything but they have everything on credit and store cards. They don't know the first thing about living within their means.
yeah but you're free right! arent you glad to be in a demockkkracy?!!! people want to live the dream they come from everywhere because the entire world is under the boot. its class war rich vs poor good vs evil .
Thanks for the video buddy, Truth bombs right here, the UK is well and truly finished, nothing like the UK I knew growing up in the 90’s this is why I left twice before and I’m going to leave again! This time I may not come back again! It’s over ! 🇬🇧
i lived for 6 years in UK, last 4 in London. I`m grateful to British people for all the opportunities that have presented to me but it came a time when i understand i had to go. It didn`t bother me, i find it to be a natural process, i was just a foreigner. So i came back home in Romania which is far from being UK, the grass is not greener, so to speak, but my life is better. i always lived with the understanding that you have to go once you are not welcomed and respected in a place, even if it`s your own country. I`m not encouraging you to do anything, you do you, i`m just saying that you should not be afraid in starting all over again if you are not happy where you are
Exactly, respect is very important in life, for yourself and towards others. I'm glad you're happy now you're back home where you belong. I wish you a good future.
@@scottbrandon7654I knew a Romanian girl and she was a very nice caring person so you can't blame a whole nationality because of actions of a few or majority.
The UK's wealth was built on the back of its colonies, which bankrolled its prosperity. The country basked in the warmth of that colonial afterglow throughout the second half of the 20th century. But now, two decades into the 21st century, that flame has flickered out. In reality, the UK has simply returned to its default setting. Before its colonial conquests, the UK was a modest nation. The past two centuries were an anomaly - a sudden surge in fortunes. Now, with its pillage-and-plunder days behind it, the UK has reverted to type. Life on a damp, chilly island in the North Atlantic was never particularly enviable. Without its colonial spoils, the UK's fate is, indeed, a humbler one.
I genuinely worry about what this country is going to be like for my adult son and daughter, and my two grandsons! I left school in 85, and the UK was a great place to be. Unfortunately, the decline has been rapid, and shows no sign of getting any better, only worse sadly 😢!
There were invariably times when we as humanity have been through fires that have forged the fighting spirit that have moved us forward., in these times strong men put aside their differences in pursuit of a common goal. Those men formed armies and alliances that changed history.
Technology could be seen as dangerous of how it can change societies such as illegal immigration. There's risk from those arriving from different poorer countries trying to move to richer countries. These people have obviously done considerable research on the internet so they have made plans. Factor in the risk of criminals using technology to enter other countries illegally and hey presto, we have a massive problem. The answer is a combination of a robust military and civilian security and surveillance agreement with the UK and other European countries which is put into operation as a matter of urgency. The main problem includes people smuggler gangs. The plan of action should be to irradiate these smuggler gangs and quash their plans to prevent any further vessels approaching UK or European waters in the future. Some of the immigrants will be criminals. The UK absolutely cannot afford to continue in accepting immigrants and "taking it on the chin". There is a big risk that immigration will change the fabric, culture and society of the UK as we know and this risk will only increase depending on how many more will arrive. Without an urgent robust and effective border policy, the UK will become more disrespected and we could well be in very difficult circumstances not in the quite so distant future.
I left UK in 2002, no regrets. Moved to the Caribbean. Why struggle in the UK when starting from say £1k per month you can have a real nice comfortable life in the Caribbean and for £3k per month you can live like absolute bloody royalty
As an American who loves this channel with British friends, your country and the US have been on the decline for 4 decades. Scenes of The Tube is like looking at the NYC subway system. Your cities are like ours, infrastructure is crumbling. You have mental health issues at the same rate as us seemingly. The UK and the US share history but now its sharing decline. Asian countries are on the rise. China especially. Sorry British men. You and us American men can share a drink in the pub and commiserate.
Thank you for blowing the whistle.. the other day I completely stopped everything i was doing out of exhaustion and thought to myself, what is happening and why is noone saying anything!
I am constantly looking at ways to escape and bring down my costs. Things have drastically changed and I see this coming even long before covid. Van life is looking more appealing if I wasn't a single father
A lot of men have committed suicide and are not here anymore to tell their story. Britain is a really sad place. Men just get sent to jails. Men have no rights in Britain. Men have been made to feel unwanted, unworthy, unloved because Britain has made it impossible for men to support their own families because the people in charge don't want them to have anything. Men in Britain work all their lives for minimum wage. And are not housed because they cannot afford it. Britain has destroyed its own people, forcing them to beg, steal and borrow. And without people coming from abroad we would not even have a local shop, it would be even more run down. Britain has turned its own people to crime. Driving people into poverty has caused all these problems i have seen it for years they have turned good people into criminals.
There's nowhere to run to, when the machinations that have caused all this is global. There's no cowards exit other than submission. Is that your honest self?
If you have an online income, come to Georgia/Sakartvelo for 1% tax. Can easily live on 1000 USD per month, so if you make 24k USD equivalent per year, you're set. Batumi is safer than Tokyo according to Numbeo.
I was in the UK back in 2015/2016 and I could see what the men were going thru early. Feminism was starting to spread its wings. Would I move out there? No! I know it's gotten worse now.
Nothing wrong with feminism it just means equality and reminding men that women are people too many men still can't accept it look online with the incel communities almost every woman I know have had messed up experiences with weird Pervy men that's what feminism is about. This isn't what this video is about and there is a difference between feminism and misandry
What I have noticed is that many many haters use the feminist movement as a cover up for their deranged hate for men but that's not the definition off feminism
Everything is so much more complicated. Things that would take 5 minutes takes days now. Just getting through to anyone on the phone is just impossible now. No services pick up the phone. It took me three days to order a simple car bumper from ford for a customer ? Bureaucracy is out of control and no one is doing there job anymore. Food quality is lower than ever and the job market is terrible. A normal person can’t afford a house England is a depressing place to be right now
Mate i've just finished an undergrad and postgrad in Architecture and graduated in July. In London we barely get job opportunities (maybe a handful a week) and each application has like 500+ applicants and they're offering peanuts. From top to bottom the entire country is finished regardless of your background, education, experience, etc. I'm planning on saving up and leaving in the next 12-24 months for good. I'd advise the same to anyone who wants to live life rather than working from paycheck to paycheck.
Mate, I'm 54 years old and I'm living in a van, my local council know I'm homeless, I've worked full-time for 37years and I haven't had so much as a text, email, from the council, nothing. England is now the first Muslim country with nuclear weapons.
I was born in the UK and lived in London my entire life. It really isn't the same anymore. Living outside of London is just as bad. Originally, I had plans to start a family and buy a place outside of London, but the problem is job opportunities. I have multiple friends who moved out of London to other areas of the UK who are struggling to get back into work. Now, I'm currently learning another language and plan to move to SE Asia to start a new life within the next 5 years. It's impossible to get by here and start a family unless you're rich or in social housing.
Nothing good is happening to me. I don't have a job, don't have a girlfriend and don't have any kids. It's all gone wrong since lockdown. Dating apps are awful. I had 25 dates the year before lockdown. Can't get any now.
It’s the same here in Australia. I take my dogs out to walk along the river in the city at night (cooler for my Staffies) and there’s more tents popping up each week out there. Lots of them are families with working fathers, they just can’t get a house because of the rental crisis. We have numerous vacant buildings for lease in that same city however that could provide shelter and safety. It’s truly sad.
@necroceros9489 true and guess what, people from other countries want to move to Australia while their country is peaceful no wars but they come here for a better life.
Im Polish who moved to this country 20 years ago - I was in my early 40s and wanted to start my life afresh after a debilitating divorce. It has never been "une vie en rose" here - why should it be but until covid I kept plodding along, bought a house etc. Artificial pandemic robbed me of steady job etc etc. My greatest disillusionment is that British ruling elites are nearly on par with those in my country re stupidity, irrisponcibility etc. Be it as it may, as men we mustnt give up: we must get.our sh*t together, lose weight, get a job (any if must be), replace social media by learning and .micro-learning, try to get a few friends in real life (instead of gazillions of fb), fight depression by decluttering and cleaning yr stuff room house, get into a long term relation with a decent girl ( not a big-mouthed obese b*tch) , trust yr reason rather than BBC, visit church (or a mosque if you are a Muslim etc), stop moaning and.keep going
Man, you are so right. If we saw each other on the tube we'd probably eye each other suspiciously rather than talk about how to peacefully move beyond society to see government as their enemy rather than saviour.
We were never intended to live in cities. NYC is no different. I live in the US because in 1790 my 5x great grandfather’s parents were brought here as bond servants. My 5x grandfather moved to where I live now to work as a timber worker in the Adirondacks of NY, we settled here and fought in the war of 1812, the war of independence and the civil war, as well as every other major conflict this nation has fought. We aren’t supposed to work like dogs for money, we are supposed to work land to survive and propagate but we are so dependent on luxury. As for relationships, men need to get back to church, at least here…. Churches provide moral character and women who desire children and a 50 year marriage…. I’m sorry brother, be blessed, I pray you are well.
The problem for Brits looking to get out is where to go? Australia used to be great, but now is an over-crowded, under-serviced, oppressed (by tyrannical governments) third world sewer. Housing is ridiculously expensive (over a million for anything decent in an OK neighbourhood. Transport is pathetic. Services are overwhelmed by the new arrivals. Canada is just as bad from what I can see. Ditto for continental Europe (except maybe Poland and Hungary if you can master the lingo). The USA is one hope, especially with Trump in power, but I am put off by the health services issue. Regions like SE Asia and selected Latin American countries are another prospect but there is also the language barrier and I would also worry about what would happen if I had a major health issue. There’s no obvious option for we mere mortals.
@ You’re obviously not living in one of the capital city growth corridors. Yes, you can’t get a doctors appointment if you are prepared to pay a solid out of pocket gap. The bulk billing clinics are packed and don’t even think about getting an appointment at a public hospital ER (I have had to abandon the queue after 8 hour and longer waits). All OK? Have you tried to use public transport in the major capitals? Slow, infrequent and packed - when it works at all! Glad to hear things are going well for you, mate, and good luck to you! But that’s not the case for the vast majority of non-wealthy Aussies.
The journey of owning being a MAN, in all our great potential is the dream. Live well gentlemen, grow as men. Become great men, let it humble you. Protect provide and serve people, make the world and your own standard of life better.
Try being a seperated father. Its utterly brutal. The mother can run away with your children and claim abuse...it doesnt need to be true; just alleged. Its unspeakably brutal...im so desperately unhappy.
American here. America is also becoming just like you described. I don’t even live in some of the more expensive parts of the U.S., like New York City or anywhere California. But it’s still expensive to live. We also have our own loneliness epidemic and probably similar social changes the UK has apparently been facing, but for largely different reasons: extreme narcissism and entitlement attitudes. May God bless you and everyone else with better lives.
Recently I watched the movie They Live. There is alot of comparisons to that movie what is happening now except it's not aliens from outer space, it's illegal immigrants, two tier policing and a greedy corrupt government.

Probably the best video I've seen in years to reflect on the current state of the UK.
Lol
You think you'll be loved by native brits because you're virtue signalling about how much you dislike immigration by your kinsmen😂
It is your ethnic community who changed the big cities.
You hate the change that immigration has brought to the UK but "the plan was to settle in Manchester "😂
You're a full joke with an unravelling punchline.
If you believe immigration from your continent has negatively impacted the UK do your bit by not making plans to join the already stretched immigrant population over here.
Kind Regards 😘
What an amazing comment, thank you for posting. I agree with everything you said ! ❤️

I've been in hibernation for the last 3 years - I stay at home and avoid speaking to people

Most men don’t feel the need or want to flee, we’re not women or children.
Where did you move abroad to? I plan on doing so as well
As a former British Citizen (Gen-z, originally born and raised in County Cheshire, now living in El Salvador), I strongly encourage men my age to look for greener pastures abroad, even places in Latin America as there is a sense of optimism for these countries.
The reality is the British population either cannot or will not do anything about their current situation. Labour, Conservatives, Lib Dems, Reform cannot save you and never mind that useless King and Royal Family. They are either morally corrupt and evil, or ineffective to the point that (in the words of Patches O'Houlihan in Dodgeball) "it's like watching a bunch of Re****s trying to Fck a doorknob out there!"
There is a culture (what little there is left) of just burying your head in the sand or a toxic "keep and carry on" mentality. A part of me believes that since society is so far gone, maybe the best thing for it to happen is it's disintegration and a restart. In the meantime, the solution for some is abroad.
I agree. What does a “restart” look like though?
@cccbeats_ I am not sure to be honest. I would say a good start would be to find a community of like-minded people and build from there.
@@Demi-Son I get what you’re saying. However, you’d be able to find many people that would agree with what you said about there being a culture of burying your head in the sand or a toxic “keep and carry on” mentality. We still do both of those things, otherwise how will the bills get paid?

I'm 44 lived in London my whole life. Everything you say is the harsh reality of day to day life for most men - especially up to middle age. The idea is to become relatively successful and use that to justify our existence - sad but true. I had an existential crisis about it at 30 and went deep into how tonsolve this for myself, and learnt how to rebuild my core and my life from first principles. Hardest thing i ever did.
How i overcame this over 20 years in a nutshell:
1. Recognise reality (this video)

It's hard enough with no kids. I couldn't imagine having a family to take care of
💔
Easy, you get help by receiving Universal Credit payments. Welfare.
The people with children like me manage by sacrificing our own needs when necessary, skipping meals etc etc etc
I remember when a kid, London was an exciting day out, now I wouldn’t go near that place

They don't mention body odour either.
The US is so hard that nobody can afford groceries let alone rent, mortgage, uni or cars.
It’s ridiculous out here
Americans are ridiculously wasteful, they cry about everything but they have everything on credit and store cards. They don't know the first thing about living within their means.
£100 on groceries doesn't go far in the UK these days.
yeah but you're free right! arent you glad to be in a demockkkracy?!!! people want to live the dream they come from everywhere because the entire world is under the boot. its class war rich vs poor good vs evil .

i lived for 6 years in UK, last 4 in London. I`m not encouraging you to do anything, you do you, i`m just saying that you should not be afraid in starting all over again if you are not happy where you are
Good, stay there. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Romanians. Horrible people
@scottbrandon7654 thank you for your feedback

Good to know.
I genuinely worry about what this country is going to be like for my adult son and daughter, and my two grandsons! I left school in 85, and the UK was a great place to be. Unfortunately, the decline has been rapid, and shows no sign of getting any better, only worse sadly 😢!
If they took away the internet - men would leave their flats and riot xD
@@GeoffreyGambier-mg9tx you're not a man.

Bravo, outstanding comments. Nail on the head.
I've met a fair few Americans as I've moved around a bit. You guys have always been good company and funny as fcuk!
Not China.
In the US there is renewed hope and optimism thanks to the Trump victory though.
Thank you for blowing the whistle.. the other day I completely stopped everything i was doing out of exhaustion and thought to myself, what is happening and why is noone saying anything!

Absolutly spot on! In a strange way I don’t feel so alone after this video.

@@LiamTate-b1vThe definition is a cover for the real agenda don't be so dumb.
Thats what you took away from this video? That feminism is the main issue?
What has feminism got to do with it?

Everything is so much more complicated. Things that would take 5 minutes takes days now. Just getting through to anyone on the phone is just impossible now. No services pick up the phone. It took me three days to order a simple car bumper from ford for a customer ? Bureaucracy is out of control and no one is doing there job anymore.
Food quality is lower than ever and the job market is terrible.

England is a depressing place to be right now
Mate i've just finished an undergrad and postgrad in Architecture and graduated in July.
Robots will be doing that in the future 😢
Mate, I'm 54 years old and I'm living in a van, my local council know I'm homeless, I've worked full-time for 37years and I haven't had so much as a text, email, from the council, nothing.
England is now the first Muslim country with nuclear weapons.
Nail on the head pal. Great points raised! Shame this is where we’re at..😢 Keep doing your thing! We the PEOPLE, are the real POWER!!👊🏽 ❤ 🇬🇧
Get rid of Toby Blair Labours racists laws and Divirsity hires, putting people at the back of the que for a job because of their skin colour is evil.
You’ve took the words out of my mouth 👍
Nothing good is happening to me. I don't have a job, don't have a girlfriend and don't have any kids. It's all gone wrong since lockdown. Dating apps are awful. I had 25 dates the year before lockdown. Can't get any now.
Perhaps you are more suited to your own gender. You're looking in the wrong places.
Apart from all that everything is fine 😊
Stay strong men of the world 👊
I left the UK 30 years ago and apart from visiting family ive zero desire to move back
Good
It’s the same here in Australia.
Traded in Britain for Southeast Asia in 2019 and never looked back

Brilliant video
Oof. Yes. Thank you for putting it so plainly and clearly. Bless you and yours 🙏💖
You are so welcome
That's why I would never serve this country if the UK went to war. Why defend your oppressors in Westminster?
We’re having the same problems over here in California also brother. I feel your pain so much!
Its not that bad in Aus haha. Can walk into doctors surgeries. Just getting a bit tighter money wise and bit boring. Otherwise all ok.
Haven't you been to Chippenham? It's fantastic!
@ What are you talking about? Everyone has a medicare card, all covered.
