If you listen closely, you can hear a bass hitting a low C2 at the very end (it's pretty quiet, so turn up the volume until it's highest)

Doch! Their native language isn't English. They're using German Church Latin, not Italian Church Latin, which is how they would have when it was written. Look it up.

@@MaxisaBandKid everyone in music doesn't know everything. Heck, I wouldn't have known if I hadn't been stationed in Germany necessarily. I do know English choirs (or quires, if you will) sometimes sing Latin with Modern English vowels. Vivat becomes Vyvat, ISYN, but I only knew because I sang in an Anglican Ordinariate choir for a few years.
