Welcome to my SoCal bus fanning video series! I’ll be publishing LA Metro contents every few days, just to get you all to know a little bit more about their buses (especially for those that is unfamiliar with LA Metro)!
This video features a 2007 NABI articulated bus that uses CNG! These buses are painted in either orange or red, identifying Metro Local or Rapid route. In fact, this happens often but this unit was repainted into a local scheme, but still running on a Rapid route!

9552 used to run in the valley 233 and 761 lines
It was fun riding a NABI artic again, espicially one that is so huge!

WMATA used to run these, but they still use the regular NABI BRTs. I like them for the single front door and kneeling and ramp alarm.

Ah yes,the 720. I used to ride it from La Brea(after taking the 212 from Inglewood) to my job on 4th & Wilshire in Santa Monica.

@@sfmunioperations And it wasn't crowded! Usually the 720 is packed at rush hour. The Expo Line/E took a lot of the riders that ride from downtown to Santa Monica once it opened. That was my route to work for a year and my last job in LA before I moved out of state 20 years ago.

Not sure but this specific unit got painted back to a local bus for some reason
This bus has one of the SF Giants colors and there’s a Dodgers ad above the passenger lights. Dodgers fans would be like “I don’t want to ride this bus, I want a blue one”
